1 Additional technical ters and conditions Bill of quantities for wall systes with Hoesch isowand integral FIREtec. Manufacturer: Hoesch Bausystee GbH (certified acc. to ISO 9001) Construction project nae:. 1. General rearks The subject of the tender is the delivery and installation of sandwich wall eleents with polyisocyanurate core layer (PIR) of the Hoesch isowand integral FIREtec type foring a heat-insulated wall syste, except for cooling cells and cooling houses, as well as all other services necessary for a pro and workanlike execution. The quotation is based on the docuents attached in the exhibits, like tendering docuents, drawings, detailed sketches etc. Deliveries and supplies that the bidder considers necessary, which, however, are not or not copletely contained in the bill of quantities, have to be deterined and subitted via an additional quotation. Power, water and sanitary facilities will be provided free of charge by the owner. Sufficient storage place will be ade available on the installation site for storage of the building aterials. There will be sufficiently stable, horizontal and plane subsoil on the installation site. Special features: The building site address is: Accessing the building site will be via... General assessent basis for the construction project It is about the walls of (e.g. a storage or production hall) consisting of Hoesch isowand integral FIREtec, wall panels, classified as a very liited contribution to behaviour of fire, (B-s2,d0) EN With regard to the walls to be used for this project, the fire resistance classes acc. to DIN 4102 or EN are required (depending on the building section, ultiple references ay occur): acc. to EN LPCB 1181 FM Global Standard 4880 EI 15.. Multi-layer coatings have to coply with EN The CE identification ark acc. to EN is for providing evidence that the chosen corrosion protection syste coplies with the requireents according to DIN or EN 10169, and that the proties defined for this corrosion protection systes are fulfilled. Technical requireents The construction execution will be governed by the prescriptions of this bill of quantities, the general technical regulations of VOB, the relevant standards, as far as applicable to the works, directives iposed by the construction inspectorate, governent regulations, directives iposed by the trade association and working guidelines specified by the coponents and/or aterial anufacturers in their current version. The legally required safety equipent for the installation of the steel PIR sandwich eleents are separately listed in the bill of quantities Safety Equipent. The following ites apply to the building part(s):. ² Hoesch isowand integral FIREtec sandwich eleent, consisting of an outer and an inner steel cover shell, which is connected with a heat-insulating, flae-resistant PIR insulation core layer shear-stiff and fixed in a concealed anner. The Hoesch isowand integral FIREtec coplies with the following technical regulations: DIN EN 14509, Approval for use Z delivery ex-works delivery free on building site including installation, as well as the necessary ounting parts to connect to the existing substructure... Reark The required fire resistance class is the basis for the type of insulation aterial and the thickness of the eleent and the cover sheets.
