The quality of project undertaken by subcontract teams affects directly the image and benefit of enterprise. For construction units besides the increased construction difficulties in these districts the most difficult problem affecting construction is the land expropriation coordination work that possesses the features of strongest policy most difficulty and most sensitivity and influences directly the whole construction schedule and economic benefits. Taking the land expropriation coordination work in the 11th bidding section of West to East Gas Pipeline Project in Wuwei City as an example this paper summarizes the experience of land expropriation coordination work with respect to preparative work before land expropriation site clearing main pipeline welding trenching pipeline laying and landform recovering.
