Our in-house design team is able to create a bespoke system that meets all your essential requirements; anti-slip coating and highvisibility strips can be used to aid personnel when crossing. Our proprietary anti-climb mesh and pedestrian handrails can be incorporated into the design to prevent injury; in-case of tripping or slipping these applications will inhibit the risk of serious harm. Berry Systems are also able to meet your aesthetic requirements as a variety of finishes are available, including: Galvanized, Stainless Steel and Powder Coated. Being experienced manufacturers and installers of specialist safety applications, Berry Systems are able to develop a complete range staircases, suitable within industrial premises and service yards, including: Straight, Spiral, Quarter, Half or Three-Quarter turn, curved and a combination of the above. Rubber Protection is a cost-effective way to reduce damage to site and infrastructure, especially in small footprint areas. 5 8 9 SLOWSTOP BOLLARDS Supporting columns are highly vulnerable to damage from factory traffic. Damage repairs can be costly and in the worst cases can affect the structural integrity of the building with far reaching consequences. All Berry Systems column protection products cater for various shapes and sizes and can be tailored to meet your specific requirements. Our in-house design team are experienced in developing systems that comply will all UK legislations. Column Mounted and Floor Mounted systems are available depending on your specific needs; column mounted systems are favoured when the maximum utilization of space is required and/or if ground conditions are not suitable. The patented SlowStop Bollard system is a revolutionary rebounding steel pipe bollard that does more than just block access. During a collision, the kinetic energy of the impact is progressively absorbed by an elastomer hidden in the base of the bollard. The post is able to tilt approximately 20 as it progressively absorbs energy, softening the impact. After the impact, the post returns upright, leaving your guard intact and ready to perform again. SlowStop Bollards are made for concrete installation only. The system is made up of four main components: The post (standard schedule 40 / ISO pipe), the base, an adapter, and the energy absorbing elastomer. Each piece is modular and easily replaced should damage occur. The system is installed using four or eight concrete anchor screws to secure the unit to the concrete. COLUMN PROTECTION UNITS

6 SLOWSTOP BOLLARD Official UK distributor Different sizes and specifications are available but the bollard itself can be fitted to a variety of different cross connectors, elbows and tee sections to create a 'Horseshoe Bollard'. The bollards themselves are available in 3 types: Type 1, Type 2 and Type 3; these are able to support increasing levels of impact whilst still maintaining the protection of all personnel, equipment and stock on site.
