PLACE BARRICADES AROUND THE WORK AREA. iv. BEGIN WORK. b. STOP i. 4:00 AM ALL PAVEMENT PLACED, FINAL ROLLING UNDERWAY. ii. 4:30 AM HMA MARKING AND CLEANUP BEGINS. iii. 5:30 AM REMOVE BARRICADES AND CLEANUP FINISHED, ALL EQUIPMENT RETURNED TO THE STAGING AREA. OPS CHECK BEGINS. iv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a.
