1 1. Blakely Downs McKnight Do you have a Square footage on the Cobb Career Academy addition? The Cobb Career Academy is 67,648 sf as is listed on the coversheet. 2. Alphonso Henderson Integrated Office Solutions Will the general contractor be responsible for Low Voltage, IT cabling backbone infrastructure, including data center, racks, fiber optics, copper, structured cabling, access control, video surveillance, VoIP communications system, and Wi- Fi devices? No to all items. The general contractor will be responsible for conduit as called for as detailed in the documents. 3. Are the construction drawing set complete with all electrical and low voltage, including fire alarm? Electrical lacks junction boxes and conduit for access controls. FA is complete 4. Who will be responsible for all the electronic equipment, cameras, network backbone switches, and Wi-Fi devices? Equipment is both contractor supplied & installed as well as supplied by owner to be installed by contractor. An equipment list will be issued in addendum #1 on Wed. 1/30 to clarify. 5. You indicated in the RFP that Osborne High School is presently under construction, what percentage of the work has been completed? 19% 6. Who is the GC currently performing the construction work? 2 7. When do you anticipate the contract for this project will be awarded and the project start date? March 22, Project to start as soon as contract is signed. 8. Curtis Hepler - Avigilon It is spec'd Honeywell but I wanted to see if you will accept approved equals? Honeywell is the only acceptable mfr. for the security system. 9. Lori Colville North Georgia Brick I wanted to see if the exterior brick for the above project will need to match the existing Osborne High School. The brick specified is to match the brick being used on the Osborne HS rebuild that is currently under construction. 10. Daryl Witt Carroll Daniel 11. Regarding the insurance requirements, can you provide a list of required insurances? I am specifically looking to see of the General Contractor carries Builders Risk. Will cuts or adds on bid day be allowed on the sealed envelope to be turned in? Contractor needs to carry Builders Risk Insurance per AIA A Exhibit A section A Yes. 12. The Civil Plans, Architectural Plans & Structural Plans all show three different Retaining Wall A, B & C details and sections. Which shall apply?. 13. Sheet C300 at the North End of the Retaining Wall B shows a Top of Wall height of 75.33, should this be 67.7? See Addendum #1 Page 2 of 8

3 14. The Architectural Drawings show the Slab on Grade gravel fill to be 6. The Structural Drawings show the gravel fill is 4 thick. Which is correct? 4 gravel base is to be used. See Addendum # Architectural sheets A9.11, A9.12 & A9.13 show ceramic wall tile designations (CT-1 & CT-2) in all bathrooms. However, the Room Finish Schedule shows all walls to be painted CMU. If walls are to receive the ceramic tile, what is the height of the wet walls? Is it possible to show and interior elevation of the ceramic tile wet walls, if applicable? See Addendum #1 See Addendum #1 17. Will there be a Door hardware Schedule provided?. 18. Todd Davis - Cooper & Company Sheets A9.11, A9.12 & A9.13 show CT- and CT-2 behind the toilets in the restrooms. Is there an elevation shot for both wall tiles? CWT has been deleted. Hunter Letts Evergreen Drawing C100 indicates Contractor shall pay for all costs associated with relocating existing utility pole and overhead lines for the power lines, cable, and phone lines along Windy Hill. This work will require work by Cobb EMC, Comcast, and AT&T. Please confirm that the GC should include this cost within their proposal. The appliances schedule on sheet A2.50 indicates the Residential Range and Range Hood are IC (in contract). However, we are unable to locate a specification for these appliances. Please provide a manufacturer and model for the required residential range and range hood. Drawing A2.50 indicates the cubicle curtain and track are NIC. However, there is specification section (10190 Ceiling Track and Curtain) included within the Project Manual. Please confirm that the cubicle curtain and track are NIC. Note clarifying that the owner is to pay fees was added. - Addendum #1 Appliances schedule has was updated. Addendum #1 Cubical curtain is to be in contract. Addendum #1 23. The architectural drawing sections indicate 6 drainage fill below the slab on grade. However, the structural drawings indicated 4 crushed stone base beneath the slab on grade. Please clarify which is correct (4 or 6 and drainage fill or crushed stone). 4 gravel base is to be used. Addendum #1 24. Please clarify whether the clouded ceilings are to receive remove and replace existing ACT to match original existing. These ceilings appear hatched similar to the other ceilings that specifically call out the removal and replacement. Page 4 of 8

5 25. We are unable to locate a hardware schedule for the project. The finish hardware specification states that the hardware schedule is TBD. No information is included in the door schedule either. Please provide the hardware schedule. 26. Specification section calls for a Knox Box 4400-R, however, we are unable to locate it on the plans. Please confirm that Knox Box 4400-R is required. A knox box has been added near door Addendum #1 27. Per the HM Window Frame Elevations, there is a W4 HM window frame. However, we are unable to locate the HM4 frame within the plans. Please confirm there is no W4 HM window frame. W1 revised to W4 in phlebotomy lab Addendum #1 28. Per the HM Window Frame Elevations, the W3 HM window frame has 2 bays. However, per the Level 100 Floor Plan Part 1 and detail 5 on sheet A- 2.50, the W3 HM window frame has 3 bays. Please confirm the W3 HM window frame has 3 bays. W3 elevation has been revised. Addendum #1 29. Reference drawing C300: The note in the Northwest corner of the site indicates that the contractor can adjust the grades to balance the site. However, there is an Excess Cut note on the right hand side that indicates the contractor mush haul off the excess material. Can you please clarify which note is correct? Page 5 of 8

6 30. Rachel Wheeler RK Redding In Division for Electrical, there is a note that says Type MC cable may NOT be used. I just wanted to clarify that we will NOT be able to use any MC Cable for lighting. Will Cutler & Hammer be an acceptable approved Yes. equal for the Panels/Transformers/Meter/etc? The panel schedules and riser schedules indicate GE to be spec'd out, but the spec book says Cutler and Hammer is acceptable. Is there a hardware schedule (Section 08710)? See Addendum #2 The project manual is incorrect and that it will be addressed in a future addendum stating that MC cable CAN be used but only for lights, motors and equipment. 33. Please Clarify The specifications for the glass for the sectional doors. It mentions SG 4 which is Bulitt Proof Glass: Is that what is required? Yes, this is correct. As is shown on the documents, bullet-resistant glazing is being provided at all CR door glazing. 34. Richard Lusk RK Redding 35. Daryl Witt Carroll Daniel It appears to me that all floor tile on the project is specified to be 5/8 ceramic type, thick set in the battery restrooms and thin-set in the single toilet restrooms, so according to the specs, my interpretation would be that no waterproofing membrane is required on this project. Would you concur? Regarding the Structural Plans, will all CMU walls that don t receive a spread footing receive a thickened slab? The waterproofing membrane is under review TBD. If necessary it will be addressed in Addendum #2. CMU wall footings are under review. If necessary, this will be addressed in Addendum #2. Page 6 of 8

7 36. The manufacture specialties legend, referenced on sheet A2.5, shows projection screen designations. However, no G6 designations are shown on the plans. Are all classrooms to receive the projection screens? There is also a Theater projection screen listed as G6t, however there is no Theater room. Will this projector go in the Conference room? 37. There is also a G7 designation for Keys on the legend. Is this for the knox-box? If not, please verify the locations of the G7. Yes, knox box has been added. Addendum #1 38. The manufacturer specialties legend also lists G11 & G12 designations for Sound Absorption & Diffuser Panels, however there are no panels shown on the interior elevations. Please advise. Will clarify scope of sound panels. To be addressed in Addendum # On the new Equipment list, there is a E5 designation for the surgical lights. Should there be a light per patient bed, as no designation is shown on the elevations or electrical plans? Will update RCP to show surgical lights. To be addressed in Addendum #2 40. Where will the Fume-hood locations be? Sheet A2.50 lists the designation on the legend as a fume hood, but the designation points to the cubicle curtain track on sheet A2.51. Please clarify. The fume hood is located in clinical lab Refer to sheet A The curtains are tagged incorrectly and should be E Please provide a specification for the Residential range hood. 8 42. Based upon the addendum 1 equipment list, is the Contractor providing (1) rangehood and (2) sanitizing dish washers? Yes, range hood and sanitizing dishwasher are to be in contract. 43. Are the Plumbing & Electrical Training modules by the Owner, as the HVAC is? As no details or specs are provided. plumbing and electrical training modules are by owner 44.
