The building was constructed in 2003 as a Kirby (pre-fabricated) style building, with two (2) 10,000 square foot levels, one (1) above-grade and the other, a full-windowed and accessible concourse level. A 2,204 square foot addition was constructed in The facility has a central reception area with restrooms, a one (1) stop elevator, and a hallway connecting the main building to the addition. The interiors are constructed with modular walls and linoleum/rubberized flooring. The interior layout was planned to service programming for special needs children and features classroom spaces of various sizes, art rooms and other specialty rooms such as a sensory gym. The building exterior has a parking field, a secure, fenced-in playground and garden areas. 3 BUILDING INFORMATION: The asset s layout is composed of classroom space, multipurpose/recreation rooms for art, indoor gym, sensory room, library, and office space. The building features two (2) floors - each approximately 10,000 square feet one (1) above-grade, one (1) a fully-windowed concourse level with concourse level entrances. Main building is a steel frame Kirby (prefabricated) building with steel siding and roof on a ten foot (10 ) reinforced poured concrete foundation. An adjacent, 2,204 square foot administrative annex which is a single, store, manufactured building on concrete piers with vinyl siding, linoleum flooring and suspended ceiling panels was added in 2006/2007.
