3 Applications With 18 panel sizes, including 2.7 x 2.4m, available, Minima can easily be assembled into most layout combinations and pour heights and because many of the panels are lighter weight than similar systems, they can be set by hand, providing greater productivity. 4 Features and Benefits Lightweight panels Panels are only 30kg/m2 so most of them are easily set by hand, minimizing the need for cranage, reducing costs and skilled labour requirements. Ply or composite face Minima can have either a high quality ply face or a composite face, which lasts longer, provides a better finish and is easier to clean Simple clamping system The Minima clamps are easy to use, which reduces the time needed to complete the project. Versatile Available in 18 panel sizes, including a panel that's 2.7 x 2.4m, virtually any configuration can be erected. Increased productivity The productivity of Minima is improved when its clamped together (up to 25m2) and lifted by crane to the next pouring location. Clever design Tie positions support 1.21m2 of formwork when using 2.7 x 0.9m panel assemblies, reducing the number of ties required, lowering costs and construction times. Easy stripping Once sufficient curing has taken place Minima inner corners can easily be removed because of their 2 degree stripping clearance. 3

5 In Detail System Modular components Few loose fittings Reduces the time to assemble and dismantle the system. It is easy to connect the panels by using the Minima clamps, no special tools are required. High concrete pressure Handset formwork Minima is suitable for concrete pressures up to 60kN/m2 for single tie and 55kN/m2 for height extended forms. Minimises the use of form ties, reducing the number of components required. Most of Minima's panels can be set without a crane, substantially reducing cost. Hot-dip galvanised frame Wide range of panel sizes Increase panel's life cycle and reduce maintenance costs. With three different height sizes and five different width sizes, with 18 different panel sizes overall, including 2.7 x 2.4m, Minima can be adopted to almost every project. 4

6 In Detail Innovative Components The Minima multi purpose panel Minima external corner clamp With horizontal tie holes at 50mm intervals, Minima can be used in special applications such as wall offsets, corners with oblique angles and pilaster. Can join two standard panels together and skip the requirement of using an external corner panel. Minima adjustable clamp Minima hinge corner Joins panels and fillers together and allows up to 150mm of infill adjustment. Can be used in a wide range of internal and external angles. Composite Panel Face Composite panels provide a high quality finish, they can last up to twenty times longer than ply panels and they are much easier to clean and repair, saving significantly on replacement and maintenance costs. 5

10 Components Adjustable Alignment Clamp Minima Inner Corners Adjustable Alignment Clamp permits length adjustment up to 15cm at maximum and connects panels with a tension-and compression-resistant, flush and aligned joint. Minima Inner Corners are at 90 degrees with the patented 2 degrees clearance of easing. After unlocking the corner stiffeners, the element becomes movable and can be effortlessly removed from the concrete.
