CONDITIONS, FEDERAL PREVAILING WAGE RATE DECISION a. Add attached Federal Wage Rate Decision Number: TX130056, dated 01/04/2013, TX56 for highway construction for additional labor force types. 2. DIVISION UNIT MASONRY a. Section 2.10,2 as modified by Addendum No. 2, add W.R. Meadows adhesive back Air-shield with top termination bar as approved supplier. 3. DIVISION BITUMINOUS DAMPPROOFING a. Section 2.1, A; add W. R. Meadows, Sealmastic Solvent Dampproofing as approved manufacturer. 4. DIVISION BELOW SLAB VAPOR BARRIER a. Section 2.2, B; add W. R. Meadows, Permanator 15 mil as approved manufacturer. 5. DIVISION PREFINISHED METAL ROOFING a. Section 2.1, A; add Englert Metal Roofing as approved manufacturer. DIVISION BI-FOLD APPARATUS DOORS a. Section 2.4, 10; add the following sentence: Installer-Dealer for Bi-Fold Doors shall provide Liftmaster 850 LM with 813LM remote for each door. Verify with Owner prior to ordering for review of operation. 9. DIVISION GYPSUM BOARD ASSEMBLIES a. Section 2.1, G, 1; add Chicago Metallic 640 Drywall Suspension System for Interior Applications Only. 10. DIVISION SIGNAGE a. Section 2.1, A, 1; i. Omit reference to 18 entirely. ii. Add: Reference architectural drawings for quantity, size, text and design of cast bronze plaques verifying all text prior to production of mock-up rubbing for approval. 11. DIVISION SIGNAGE SYSTEMS a. Section 2.1, A; add the following approved manufacturers: i. InPro Signage Systems ii. Best Signage Systems iii. Mohawk Systems Drawing Clarifications and Revisions 1. SHEET A101A a. Clarify no painting of exposed concrete masonry units at tower. 2. SHEET S4 a. The contractor is to remove an estimate of 450 CY from the south end only of the foundation. The excavation note on the north end of the foundation plan is in error. An excavation of eight foot or more is very likely in areas. Should more be required they must send a proposal to the owner/city for approval. 3. SHEET E1.01 a. 3 4. SHEET E2.01 a. Bath Room # 103 has one Type F fixture. b. Passages 118 and 102 fixtures are Types M and ME Cooper Lighting Metalux 22AC LED 2 x2 Troffer, #22AC-LD3-23-unv-L830. c. Dimming ballasts are not required for fixture types B and BE. Dual level switching is required as indicated in Room SHEET E6.01 a. MDP-37, 29, 41 is a 3P/20A circuit for EF-2A. 6. SHEET E3.01 a. Auto Doors; the drawings have represented door requirements as shown by Door Manufacturer. The contractor should carefully coordinate with the door supplier/manufacturer prior to rough in. b. EF-2 and EF-2A: The in wall exhaust fans require 30A/3P disconnect switches. c. Delete 200A/3P disconnect in Room 124 for Air Compressor/Dryer. Add 60A/3P disconnect to circuit LV for Air compressor and 30A/1P disconnect to circuit LV1-24 for Air Dryer. 7. SHEET M3.02 a. Relocate VAV-5 just outside the Mezzanine, but above the ceiling of the kitchen. Refer to architectural plans for exact location of ductwork penetrating mezzanine deck and down to the furr-down below. Carefully coordinate ductwork with architectural.
