4 HISTORY Nevertheless since its foundation in 2002 "Metalinvest-REMCO" LTD has gone through many difficulties, it marks a remarkable development. Ever since its was launched, it created an equipped factory located in TPP "Maritza East 2" EAD. Subsequently, the company expanded, leading to the establishment of two bases located in Stara Zagora and Radnevo. In 2004 the Company developed and implemented Quality system ISO 9001 : 2008, ranged design, repair works and installation of energy equipment, heating systems, metal constructions and vesseks under pressure which has been certified by TUFF Reinland Bulgaria EOOD. Since 2008 Metalinvest Remko Ltd. is a member of the Bulgarian Construction Chamber. The Company is included in the list of the Central Construction Register for execution of group three and five of constructions. The company is certified under BS OHSAS 18001:2007, which helps professionals into the management of health and safety at work. The company is certified under ISO 14001: Systems for Environmental Management.
