" #$# #%#& %& &'( & #( & )$ *+ & #,+ -' &( & Scope of work: Supply of pre-fabricated cabins (either easy to dismantle type or container type) with provisioning of air conditioning and power supply including a small toilet as per the following specifications along with 1.5 Ton AC and 7.5 Kv portable generator: Description: The pre-fabricated cabin should be suitable for mounting on ready-made concrete floor/ pillars/rails/skids. Component needs to be fabricated at the factory for ease of installation at site. Overall size Length : 6 mtr. Width : 2 ½ mtr. Height: 2 ½ mtr. (clear height) Inner layout: The cabin of above size need to be broadly sub-divided into two sub-cabins of equal size and a toilet in between. One sub-cabin for rest purpose of the officials and accordingly should have the provisions of two bunk (for sleeping purpose), space provision for one writing table and two chairs as well as space provision for refrigerator and one almirah. The other sub-cabin should have provision of two-office table and 4 chairs as well as wall fitted file cabinet. (for layout enclosed drawing may be referred). The cabin should have a provision of installing a 1.5 Ton air conditioner. In line with above, following fixture & furniture as mentioned above also need to be supplied with the porta cabins ANNEXURE I i

8 Two bunk (for sleeping purpose) Steel make Writing table: 1 Steel make Chairs: 6 Steel make Refrigerator: 1 (165 litre of standard make) Almirah: 1 (Steel Almirah) Wall fitted file cabinet. Materials: Shell of the cabin: Insulated external wall need to be made out of either hot press molded SMC sheets or medium tensile steel with appropriate effective insulating materials inside. External walls need to be properly painted with waterproof, corrosion resistant, anti termite and fireproof polymer coating. Interior wall need to be painted with oil bound distemper with fireproof polymer coating. Frame work of floor base/ wall and related steel work and sundry items: All the load bearing structural members need to be made out of standard MS section like MS steel pipe (not less than 60 x 60 mm of 14 gauge), slotted angles (not less than 40 x 40 x 3mm ). Other pre-fabricated components of steel wall like corner post, roof truss, etc. should be shop welded and shall be hot deep galvanized to provide a zinc coating. All sundry items, such as nuts, bolts, fish plates, J-bolts, gaskets for the panels etc. should be provided in good quantity (atleast two times). Roof panel: Roof panel should be made up of insulated walls with either hot press molded SMC sheets or medium tensile steel Floor : Floor platform should be raised above the ground atleast by 5" and should be made out of either hot press molded SMC sheets or medium tensile steel Doors : One doors need to be provided and should be made out of either hot press moulded SMC sheets or medium tensile steel. The dimension of the door will be 6 ½ x 2 ½' with aluminum handles/padlocks, L-drops for locking arrangement from inside & outside. Doors need to be opened outside. Windows: MS steel 14 gauge (RHS) sliding windows minimum 2 nos. with atleast 4mm glass needs to be provided. One covered window cut need to be provided for AC. Toilet : A 5 x 3' toilet fitted with flush toilet, bathing showers, wash basins and exhaust fan need to be provided. Electrical fitting & Fixture : Provision of easily fabricable Electrical fitting & fixture to support one 1.5 Ton AC, one refrigerator & 6 to 8 electrical points for adequate illumination & other electrically operated lab instruments fitting through related gabble panel made out of hollow plastic sections to be cut at site as per requirement need to be provided. There must be provision for proper wiring & electrical fittings along with provision for overhead storage tanks with lines to toilet and sink and supply of 100 Ltr. moulded plastic overhead water tank. The structure must have provision for robust anchoring after its erection so that it can be capable of withstanding wind velocity of about 150 km/hr, extreme weather condition, rough handling & frequent transportation.
