No NOTICE TO BIDDERS: This Addendum shall be considered part of the Contract Documents for the same above-mentioned project as though it had been issued at the same time and incorporated integrally therewith. Where provisions of the following supplementary data differ from those of the original Contract, Bid and Drawings, this Addendum shall govern and take precedence. Bidders are hereby notified that they shall make any necessary adjustments in their estimates on account of this Addendum. Is will be construed that each Bidder s proposal is submitted with full knowledge of all modifications and supplemental data specified herein. The general bidders are required to acknowledge receipt of this Addendum by noting the number in the space provided on the Bid Proposal Form. Failure to do so may cause rejection of Bid/ Quote. 6 GENERAL CONSTRUCTION NOTES 1. ALL CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE PLANS AND ALL APPLICABLE CODES AND ORDINANCES. 2. PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL MAKE CERTAIN THAT ALL REQUIRED PERMITS AND APPROVALS HAVE BEEN OBTAINED.
