These insulated steel doors help increase energy savings with the polyurethane-foam cores. The calculated R-Value for this product is Rigid vinyl extrusions with positive thermal breaks are used to eliminate metal-to-metal contact, which limits the transfer of temperature. Tongue-and-groove construction and section joint seals at meeting rails provide optimum water and wind resistance. A full-length, one-piece vinyl astragal retainer and flexible vinyl U-shaped weatherstrip prevent infiltration of air, rain, snow, and debris. The seal fits to irregular or unlevel floors and reduces impact shocks when the door is closed against concrete flooring. Exceptional Strength HAAS-THERM doors are built strong. The high-density CFC-free polyurethane foam expands and adheres to the interior and exterior steel panels to provide a rigid unitized structure. Our doors are reinforced with rollformed galvanized steel struts and double-end hinges, as required to meet windload specifications and to comply with ANSI A216.1 and NAGDM Unique Paint System Our three-tier, corrosion-resistant protective paint system is designed to resist even the most hostile weather conditions. The protective layers found on both the interior and exterior are: Injected polyurethane foam 2 Steel 3 Galvanizing 4 Epoxy primer 5 Polyester finish coat Hard-Working Hardware The track is 2 or 3 galvanized steel, depending on door size, with bracket mount for wood jambs or continuous reverse mounting for steel jambs. Track rollers are 2 or 3 case-hardened inner and outer steel races with 10-ball, prelubricated bearings. Hinges, brackets, and reinforced struts are hot-dipped galvanized steel, and fasteners are plated for maximum corrosion resistance. Counterbalancing springs are torsion type, computer calibrated to match door load. This provides a 10,000 cycle life at the minimum; optional spring wires can achieve 25,000, 50,000, and 100,000 cycle requirements. Springs are wound from oil-tempered wire and mounted on a continuous cross header tube or solid shaft, as determined by torque load. 12 CHT/CMT Series MODEL 600, 700, 2000, 800 STEEL COMMERCIAL GARAGE DOORS Haas Door Company warrants its commercial CMT-600, CHT-700, CHT-2000, and CHT-800 series steel garage door sections to be free from delamination or rust-through for a period of 5 years to the original purchaser of the building where the door sections are installed. All other components are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and material for a period of one (1) year from date of installation. This five year Warranty applies only to steel garage door sections manufactured by Haas Door Company and components manufactured or supplied by Haas Door Company. The warranty excludes: (1) Sections and/or component parts which have been damaged due to misuse; (2) Sections and/or components which have been improperly installed, maintained or operated; (3) Sections and/or components that have been damaged due to accident; (4) Sections and/or components that have been damaged due to exposure to corrosive fumes/chemicals, alkaline cleaning agents, condensation or fire; (5) Performance of coatings used to finish the garage door sections; (6) Repair and/or replacement labor charges, including travel cost; (7) Damages resulting from other causes beyond the manufacturers control. In the event any defect is claimed during the warranty periods, a claim in writing must be submitted to Haas Door Company, directed through an authorized Haas Door Company dealer or installer. This claim must be submitted within fifteen (15) days of the discovery of the suspected defect. The door and all components must be available for inspection by an authorized Haas Door Company representative. Upon verification of a manufacturing defect, Haas Door Company will provide repair or replacement part(s) at its option. THE MANUFACTURER SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF ANY BREACH OF THIS EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY, including but not limited to any damage to buildings, other property or for any injuries or damages sustained by any person whomsoever, or the recovery of any direct or indirect costs such as shipping, travel, lost time, installation labor charges, paint or painting, cleaning, repair, or other building materials. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights that may vary from state to state. Haas Door Company does not authorize anyone to change or modify the above warranties in any respect. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OR MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE APPLICABLE TO THE COMMERCIAL MODEL (S) OF INSULATED STEEL OVERHEAD GARAGE DOORS IS LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THE HAAS DOOR COMPANY WRITTEN WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE AND NEITHER HAAS DOOR COMPANY NOR ANY AUTHORIZED SELLING DEALER SHALL BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OF TIME, INCONVENIENCE, COMMERCIAL LOSS, OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES.
