To permit maximum building height of 13.0 meters This proposal, if granted, would impact the quality of life we are used to for the past 21 years. The adjacent building s height (as well as depth) at 13.0 m would block morning sun and shade our patio and swimming pool. This proposal, if granted, may also dwarf other homes in the immediate neighbourhood. We notice the proposed basement height to be 11ft and the roof being of a very high and sloped.
