The coverage of Insurance should include risks against fire, water, theft, accidents, natural calamities, or any other causes. The sum of indemnity in aggregate shall not be less than RMB 2,000,000 (two million Yuan) against public liabilities for any one accident, and RMB 300,000 (three hundred thousand Yuan) for each person for any one accident. Contractors must bring the insurance policy or the copy to the venue and make sure this insurance shall be effective at all times during the move-in, show days and move-out periods. Contractors are requested to submit insurance copy to AMC on or before deadline date (4 May 2019). If contractors FAIL to provide the insurance copy, Organizer and Official Booth-Fitting Contractor have the right not to allow contractors to commence any construction works inside the Exhibition Hall. Non-official [outside] Contractors are also required to insure on Employer s Liability Insurance for their workers or the contractor(s) or any other party(ies) or other employees or workmen engaged in connection with the contracted work on-site. Total sum of indemnity shall not be less than RMB 1,500,000 (one million five hundred thousand Yuan) for any one accident, and RMB 500,000 (five hundred thousand Yuan) for each person for any one accident. 6 Regulations on Booth Construction & Design Drawing Review: All Indoor booths with height of or above 4.5m or roof structure covering the booth area above 50% must be reviewed and approved by Grade A National Registered Structural Engineer. Upon request for drawing inspector by HAH, the review is charged as RMB 25/SQM. For booths approved by their own Grade A National Registered Structural Engineer, a drawing re-inspection fee shall be charged as RMB 18/SQM. If you need the services offered by assigned drawing inspector, please submit the following drawings: a. Booth perspective drawing (1front-side and 2 sides), b. Floor plan, c. Cutaway view, d. 7 Regulations on the Booth Construction of Exhibition Due to the fact that in the present exhibition sector there are wide differences in strength and qualification among companies providing services for construction of exhibition stands, in order to ensure the standardized construction of exhibition stands for various conventions and exhibitions of Shanghai New International Expo Center, as well as the personal safety and property security of both exhibitors and visitors, after consultation with HAH Consulting & Exhibition Co., Ltd. Shanghai (a company appointed by Shanghai New International Expo Center Co., Ltd. for review of drawings and event management, hereinafter referred to as HAH), we have jointly formulated the following detailed management rules, so as to implement uniform review and supervision over the design, structure, construction and disassembly of participating exhibition stands. Formality for indoor construction of specially structured exhibition stands: 1.For all specially structured exhibition single stands with an internal height of 4.5m and above, or a roof construction area of more than 50% of the booth exhibition area, and double, multi-storey and outdoor booth (hereinafter referred to as specially structured exhibition stands). The design drawings of its stand construction must be submitted to HAH for review. The drawings subject to review include: a. Overall booth perspective drawing (1front-side and 2 sides) b. Ground floor plan c. Structural component connection plan d. Cross-sectional booth view, e. Anterior booth view f. Lateral booth view, g. Detailed booth material checklist h. Structural drawing All drawings must be marked with the axis size of beams and posts, as well as specifications and sizes of all structural materials. 2. All construction institutions entering the exhibition hall to start stand construction must provide HAH with copies of their business license certificate 3. All construction institutions entering the exhibition hall to start stand construction must pay a risk deposit for their exhibition stand (this deposit shall be paid in cash or check); if no safety accident occurs to the exhibition stand during the exhibition period, the deposit will be returned depending on the clearing and transport conditions of the exhibition stand after the exhibition is over. Management regulations for construction of special design exhibition stand: 1. The structure of all specially structured exhibition stands must be reasonably designed, so as to ensure security and safety of the constructed structure. The construction materials shall use non-inflammable or fire retardant materials. 2. The designed structural strengths of all exhibition stands shall meet the strength required by the load, during the construction period efforts shall be made to ensure the overall strength, stiffness, stability and local stability of the exhibition stand structure. 3. The area of exhibition stand constructed by each construction institution must comply with the area specified in the submitted application. The area of an exhibition stand constructed by construction institutions shall not exceed the leased area, and its projected side line must not extend beyond the leasing border line. 4. For exhibition stand structures decorated with glass ornaments, the glass must use safety glass, so as to ensure security in construction and installation, and marked with conspicuous signs in order to prevent glass breaking to cause personal injury or death. 5. For exhibition stand using steel structure standing post, the standing post shall use welding-free material with a diameter of over 100mm, its bottom shall be welded with a secure base, with a flange welded onto its upper structure to increase its load bearing area of the standing post, so as to ensure the soundness of exhibition stand structure. 6. The ground contact width of the main load-bearing wall in all exhibition stand structures shall not be less than 120mm, so as to ensure the contact area between wall body and the ground. For walls with a large span of over 6m and steel column framework structures, connecting beams shall be added on the top, with supports fitted in between the columns at the bottom of columns, so as to ensure the overall stiffness and stability of the exhibition stand. 7. All exhibitors and construction institutions shall give full consideration to the safety of exhibition stand from design to construction, so as to ensure the soundness of each connecting joints of the exhibition stand and the overall structure of the exhibition stand. 8. Double-storey or multi-storey stands must be load-bearing structure of steel structures; the fence and railing of double-storey stands should be made from sturdy, safe material, and can withstand the load specification of the horizontal load. 9. Double-storey or multi-storey fence height should not be less than 1.05 m and a minimum width of stair stepping of 0.22 meters and a maximum height of 0.18 meters. 10. Construction of double-deck or multiple-deck exhibition stand must be equipped with fire extinguishers that have passed annual inspection. 11. Overweight exhibits are not allowed to be placed on the upper floor of the double-storey or multi-storey booths. 12. All structural back walls of neighboring exhibition stands must be properly decorated. 13. It is strictly prohibited for indoor exhibition stands to adopt totally enclosed type ceilings. Exhibition stand ceilings must not obstruct the fire-fighting facilities on the top of the exhibition hall. It must also be ensured that the ceiling shall have an open space of over 50% of its total area, so as to ensure the fire prevention safety of the exhibition stand. 14. The application for all outdoor booth construction area and location of booth must be submitted by the exhibition organizers, once approved by the exhibition centre the application for on-site construction work can then be allowed. 15. Outdoor booth design should take full consideration of the safety issues that may be affected by wind, rain and other natural phenomena on the stand. In case of inclement weather conditions during the exhibition, additional inspections should be implemented to ensure exhibition stand safety. 16. Any stand structures or exhibition properties (company name, logo, light boxes and posters) are prohibited beyond the boundaries of the booth. Outdoor water proof roof design should be in place, priority should be given to the use of external drainage system. 17. Outdoor lighting, sockets and electrical distribution panels, etc. should be of water-resistant type. Outdoor power equipment should implement reliable water-resistant measures and leakage protection device. 18. Outdoor exhibition stand shall ensure the strength, stiffness, stability and local stability of the overall structure of exhibition stand, i.e. no variable system is allowed, and there shall be no rather large deformation under load (mainly wind load). The designed structural strength shall meet the requirements of all types of load. 19. All construction institutions must not damage all facilities in the exhibition hall or alter its application nature and position. They are not allowed to drive nails, punch holes, paste adhesives, apply colorful paints or post advertisements within the exhibition hall, on exterior floor, or on wall surface. 20. When each construction institution is constructing exhibition stand, it shall not set up obstructions in front of the fire-fighting facilities, electric equipment, emergency exits and audience passages, etc. inside the exhibition hall. 21. No inflammable and explosive materials shall be used for construction of exhibition stand, and no paint spraying or paint coating shall be carried out inside the exhibition hall. 22. When personnel of each construction institution are making mid-air operations, they shall use qualified and safe elevators and operation platform, construction personnel shall tie up safety belt. To protect personal safety, a safety zone shall be set up in its surrounding area, which shall be monitored by dedicated personnel, with conspicuous warning signs set up around the safety zone. 23. After the exhibition starts, the construction institution must appoint site safety principal and dedicated personnel to stay on duty at the site, in order to facilitate problem handling when problems crop up. 24. For exhibition stands that have safety hazards during construction period, the construction institution must make prompt rectification after receiving Notice of Rectification, and provide immediate feedback on the rectification results to HAH Exhibition Site Construction Management Office. 25. Construction institutions shall complete the construction within the prescribed time and area, and take care of security work such as fire and burglary prevention. Construction institutions must appoint site principal at the construction site, whose registration and filing shall be done at the time of completing on-site construction work applications. 26. Processing tools such as electric saw, electric plane shall not be used for construction inside the exhibition hall, nor shall open fire operations such as electric welding and pneumatic welding be executed. In case of special requirements, the construction institutions must go to the Security Office of Shanghai New International Expo Center to go through application formalities, construction can only start after the application has been approved. 27. The selection of construction materials for exhibition stand must comply with criteria issued by relevant national authoritative departments regarding material usage for temporary buildings, and be implemented in a rational way by taking into consideration the features of the exhibition; the selected materials must conform to national requirements on environment protection and fire-fighting. 28. Exhibition stand structure shall not use thin load-bearing structural parts with its pipe wall thickness of less than 0.8mm, nor shall heavily rusted load-bearing structural parts be used. 29. Shanghai New International Expo Centre Co. Ltd. and HAH Consulting & Exhibition Co. Ltd. will make appropriate adjustments and subsequent confirmation to the Regulations on the Booth Construction of Exhibition depending on its specific implementation outcomes, and promptly inform the public. 8 Notice HAH Consulting & Exhibition Co.,Ltd.Shanghai Dear exhibitors and contractors: In order to avoid possible physical and property damage caused by the use and construction of the booth and to guarantee a successful exhibition, we hereby notify you in writing as follows: 1. The drawing and design plans of booth construction submitted by the exhibitor or the entrusted contractor must be examined and verified by the professional structural engineers of both Shanghai New International Expo Centre (hereinafter called SNIEC) and HAH Consulting & Exhibition Co., Ltd. Shanghai(hereinafter called HAH). Please refer to the Regulations on the Booth Construction of Large Exhibition presented along with this notice to understand the details of the range of the booth drawing and design plans. Please do not start construction either inside or outside the exhibition hall before the relevant drawing and design plans are approved. 2. After the drawing and design plans of the booth construction submitted by the exhibitor or the entrusted contractor are approved by both SNIEC &HAH, the construction must be implemented strictly in accordance with the Regulations on the Booth Construction of Large Exhibition and the Guidance on Design Audit given by SNIEC&HAH. Amending the structural requirements or adopting unconfirmed material without approval is forbidden. If any booth accidents occur otherwise, the exhibitor or the entrusted contractor must take full responsibilities. 3. The exhibitor should select the contractor with proven qualifications to construct the booth and are obliged to require the contractor to implement the construction in the light of the relevant regulations and construction specifications and carry out corresponding safety measures. 4. Though the drawing and design plans of booth construction submitted by the exhibitor or the entrusted contractor are approved by both SNIEC &HAH, still, the professional structural engineers and safety inspectors shall inspect the construction site to prevent the occurrence of safety accidents from time to time (Note: Safety inspections do not incur any fees or charges, they are not to be seen as final measures for eliminating safety hazards.). If any violation of the second regulation stipulated in this notice is discovered, SNIEC&HAH will forward a notice of rectification to the exhibitor or the entrusted contractor and a duplicate copy to the exhibition organizer. Upon receiving the notice of rectification, the exhibitor or the entrusted contractor shall complete the rectification as required before the deadline and inform SNIEC&HAH for confirmation. If the exhibitor or the entrusted contractor is negligent of the given notice of rectification, SNIEC&HAH, for exhibition safety considerations, will work together with the exhibition organizer to stop the booth construction till dismantle the booth, and the exhibitor shall bear the full responsibilities arising therefrom. 5. With a view to timely communication, all documents (including yet not confined to: Notice of Rectification, Notice of the Second Rectification, Statement of Liability Commitment ) related with the exhibition signed by the exhibitor or the entrusted contractor or the persons concerned are regarded as authorized by the exhibitor if there is no written notice by the exhibitor. 11 Regulations on the Booth Construction of Exhibition Due to the fact that in the present exhibition sector there are wide differences in strength and qualification among companies providing services for construction of exhibition stands, in order to ensure the standardized construction of exhibition stands for various conventions and exhibitions of Shanghai New International Expo Center, as well as the personal safety and property security of both exhibitors and visitors, after consultation with HAH Consulting & Exhibition Co., Ltd. Shanghai (a company appointed by Shanghai New International Expo Center Co., Ltd. for review of drawings and event management, hereinafter referred to as HAH), we have jointly formulated the following detailed management rules, so as to implement uniform review and supervision over the design, structure, construction and disassembly of participating exhibition stands. Formality for indoor construction of specially structured exhibition stands: 1.For all specially structured exhibition single stands with an internal height of 4.5m and above, or a roof construction area of more than 50% of the booth exhibition area, and double, multi-storey and outdoor booth (hereinafter referred to as specially structured exhibition stands). The design drawings of its stand construction must be submitted to HAH for review. The drawings subject to review include: a. Overall booth perspective drawing (1front-side and 2 sides) b. Ground floor plan c. Structural component connection plan d. Cross-sectional booth view, e. Anterior booth view f. Lateral booth view, g. Detailed booth material checklist h. Structural drawing All drawings must be marked with the axis size of beams and posts, as well as specifications and sizes of all structural materials. 2. All construction institutions entering the exhibition hall to start stand construction must provide HAH with copies of their business license certificate 3. All construction institutions entering the exhibition hall to start stand construction must pay a risk deposit for their exhibition stand (this deposit shall be paid in cash or check); if no safety accident occurs to the exhibition stand during the exhibition period, the deposit will be returned depending on the clearing and transport conditions of the exhibition stand after the exhibition is over. Management regulations for construction of special design exhibition stand: 30. The structure of all specially structured exhibition stands must be reasonably designed, so as to ensure security and safety of the constructed structure. The construction materials shall use non-inflammable or fire retardant materials. 31. The designed structural strengths of all exhibition stands shall meet the strength required by the load, during the construction period efforts shall be made to ensure the overall strength, stiffness, stability and local stability of the exhibition stand structure. 32. The area of exhibition stand constructed by each construction institution must comply with the area specified in the submitted application. The area of an exhibition stand constructed by construction institutions shall not exceed the leased area, and its projected side line must not extend beyond the leasing border line. 33. For exhibition stand structures decorated with glass ornaments, the glass must use safety glass, so as to ensure security in construction and installation, and marked with conspicuous signs in order to prevent glass breaking to cause personal injury or death. 34. For exhibition stand using steel structure standing post, the standing post shall use welding-free material with a diameter of over 100mm, its bottom shall be welded with a secure base, with a flange welded onto its upper structure to increase its load bearing area of the standing post, so as to ensure the soundness of exhibition stand structure. 35. The ground contact width of the main load-bearing wall in all exhibition stand structures shall not be less than 120mm, so as to ensure the contact area between wall body and the ground. For walls with a large span of over 6m and steel column framework structures, connecting beams shall be added on the top, with supports fitted in between the columns at the bottom of columns, so as to ensure the overall stiffness and stability of the exhibition stand. 36. All exhibitors and construction institutions shall give full consideration to the safety of exhibition stand from design to construction, so as to ensure the soundness of each connecting joints of the exhibition stand and the overall structure of the exhibition stand. 37. Double-storey or multi-storey stands must be load-bearing structure of steel structures; the fence and railing of double-storey stands should be made from sturdy, safe material, and can withstand the load specification of the horizontal load. 38. Double-storey or multi-storey fence height should not be less than 1.05 m and a minimum width of stair stepping of 0.22 meters and a maximum height of 0.18 meters. 39. Construction of double-deck or multiple-deck exhibition stand must be equipped with fire extinguishers that have passed annual inspection. 40. Overweight exhibits are not allowed to be placed on the upper floor of the double-storey or multi-storey booths. 41. All structural back walls of neighboring exhibition stands must be properly decorated. 42. It is strictly prohibited for indoor exhibition stands to adopt totally enclosed type ceilings. Exhibition stand ceilings must not obstruct the fire-fighting facilities on the top of the exhibition hall. It must also be ensured that the ceiling shall have an open space of over 50% of its total area, so as to ensure the fire prevention safety of the exhibition stand. 43. The application for all outdoor booth construction area and location of booth must be submitted by the exhibition organizers, once approved by the exhibition centre the application for on-site construction work can then be allowed. 44. Outdoor booth design should take full consideration of the safety issues that may be affected by wind, rain and other natural phenomena on the stand. In case of inclement weather conditions during the exhibition, additional inspections should be implemented to ensure exhibition stand safety. 45. Any stand structures or exhibition properties (company name, logo, light boxes and posters) are prohibited beyond the boundaries of the booth. Outdoor water proof roof design should be in place, priority should be given to the use of external drainage system. 46. Outdoor lighting, sockets and electrical distribution panels, etc. should be of water-resistant type. Outdoor power equipment should implement reliable water-resistant measures and leakage protection device. 47. Outdoor exhibition stand shall ensure the strength, stiffness, stability and local stability of the overall structure of exhibition stand, i.e. no variable system is allowed, and there shall be no rather large deformation under load (mainly wind load). The designed structural strength shall meet the requirements of all types of load. 48. All construction institutions must not damage all facilities in the exhibition hall or alter its application nature and position. They are not allowed to drive nails, punch holes, paste adhesives, apply colorful paints or post advertisements within the exhibition hall, on exterior floor, or on wall surface. 49. When each construction institution is constructing exhibition stand, it shall not set up obstructions in front of the fire-fighting facilities, electric equipment, emergency exits and audience passages, etc. inside the exhibition hall. 50. No inflammable and explosive materials shall be used for construction of exhibition stand, and no paint spraying or paint coating shall be carried out inside the exhibition hall. 51. When personnel of each construction institution are making mid-air operations, they shall use qualified and safe elevators and operation platform, construction personnel shall tie up safety belt. To protect personal safety, a safety zone shall be set up in its surrounding area, which shall be monitored by dedicated personnel, with conspicuous warning signs set up around the safety zone. 52. After the exhibition starts, the construction institution must appoint site safety principal and dedicated personnel to stay on duty at the site, in order to facilitate problem handling when problems crop up. 53. For exhibition stands that have safety hazards during construction period, the construction institution must make prompt rectification after receiving Notice of Rectification, and provide immediate feedback on the rectification results to HAH Exhibition Site Construction Management Office. 54. Construction institutions shall complete the construction within the prescribed time and area, and take care of security work such as fire and burglary prevention. Construction institutions must appoint site principal at the construction site, whose registration and filing shall be done at the time of completing on-site construction work applications. 55. Processing tools such as electric saw, electric plane shall not be used for construction inside the exhibition hall, nor shall open fire operations such as electric welding and pneumatic welding be executed. In case of special requirements, the construction institutions must go to the Security Office of Shanghai New International Expo Center to go through application formalities, construction can only start after the application has been approved. 56. The selection of construction materials for exhibition stand must comply with criteria issued by relevant national authoritative departments regarding material usage for temporary buildings, and be implemented in a rational way by taking into consideration the features of the exhibition; the selected materials must conform to national requirements on environment protection and fire-fighting. 57. Exhibition stand structure shall not use thin load-bearing structural parts with its pipe wall thickness of less than 0.8mm, nor shall heavily rusted load-bearing structural parts be used. 58. Shanghai New International Expo Centre Co. Ltd. and HAH Consulting & Exhibition Co. Ltd. will make appropriate adjustments and subsequent confirmation to the Regulations on the Booth Construction of Exhibition depending on its specific implementation outcomes, and promptly inform the public. 12 Notice HAH Consulting & Exhibition Co.,Ltd.Shanghai Dear exhibitors and contractors: In order to avoid possible physical and property damage caused by the use and construction of the booth and to guarantee a successful exhibition, we hereby notify you in writing as follows: 1. The drawing and design plans of booth construction submitted by the exhibitor or the entrusted contractor must be examined and verified by the professional structural engineers of both Shanghai New International Expo Centre (hereinafter called SINEC) and HAH Consulting & Exhibition Co., Ltd. Shanghai(hereinafter called HAH). Please refer to the Regulations on the Booth Construction of Large Exhibition presented along with this notice to understand the details of the range of the booth drawing and design plans. Please do not start construction either inside or outside the exhibition hall before the relevant drawing and design plans are approved. 2. After the drawing and design plans of the booth construction submitted by the exhibitor or the entrusted contractor are approved by both SINEC &HAH, the construction must be implemented strictly in accordance with the Regulations on the Booth Construction of Large Exhibition and the structural designs given by SINEC&HAH. Amending the structural requirements or adopting unconfirmed material without approval is forbidden. If any booth accidents occur otherwise, the exhibitor or the entrusted contractor must take full responsibilities. 3. The exhibitor should select the contractor with proven qualifications to construct the booth and are obliged to require the contractor to implement the construction in the light of the relevant regulations and construction specifications and carry out corresponding safety measures. 4. Though the drawing and design plans of booth construction submitted by the exhibitor or the entrusted contractor are approved by both SINEC &HAH, still, safety inspectors shall inspect the construction site to prevent the occurrence of safety accidents from time to time (Note: Safety inspections do not incur any fees or charges, they are not to be seen as final measures for eliminating safety hazards.). If any violation of the second regulation stipulated in this notice is discovered, SINEC&HAH will forward a notice of rectification to the exhibitor or the entrusted contractor and a duplicate copy to the exhibition organizer. Upon receiving the notice of rectification, the exhibitor or the entrusted contractor shall complete the rectification as required before the deadline and inform SINEC&HAH for confirmation. If the exhibitor or the entrusted contractor is negligent of the given notice of rectification, SNIEC&HAH, for exhibition safety considerations, will work together with the exhibition organizer to stop the booth construction till dismantle the booth, and the exhibitor shall bear the full responsibilities arising therefrom. 5. With a view to timely communication, all documents (including yet not confined to: Notice of Rectification, Notice of the Second Rectification, Statement of Liability Commitment ) related with the exhibition signed by the exhibitor or the entrusted contractor or the persons concerned are regarded as authorized by the exhibitor if there is no written notice by the exhibitor. 13 SNIEC, Halls W1-W3 ABIDE BY THE ORGANIZER S REQUIREMENTS - The Organizer reserves the right to alter or remove without notice and at the Exhibitor's expense any stand which differs from the approved specification or any stand that does not conform to the Organizer s required standard rules and regulations. The Exhibitor shall have no claim against the Organizer or its agents for any extra cost of replacing its stand to conform to the Organizer s required standard rules and regulations or for any other losses or damages relating thereto. - Work of any kind carried out at the Exhibition Venue must conform to the current local laws and regulations in force in China and those specified by the Organizer and Shanghai New International Expo Center. This applies to the Exhibitor, its agents, contractors and subcontractors. - The Organizer reserves the right to stop any work which contravenes with any of these laws and regulations and the Exhibitor shall have no claim against the Organizer or its agents for any losses or damages relating thereto. CLEANING & GARBAGE DISPOSAL - All disposals of stand-construction waste materials during the move-in and move-out periods is the responsibility of the individual stand contractors concerned. Disposal of contractor s waste materials by the Organizer will result in the contractor s deposit being forfeited. - In the case of a Shell Scheme booth, shelving and stand fittings brought in by the exhibitor must not be left behind at the close of the show. It is the exhibitor s responsibility to dismantle all stand fixtures built or brought in by themselves and remove all waste materials from the venue at the end of the show. Failure to comply will result in charges for the labor and trucking required to dispose of the materials. - As such, the official contractor, AMC (Exhibits) Ltd, will have the discretion to request for a damage/refuse deposit from the exhibitor. This deposit will be refundable within a month after the event on condition that nothing is damaged or no bulky items were left behind to dispose of. DANGEROUS MATERIALS - All substances (in any form of state) regarded as dangerous, toxic, explosive, hazardous or objectionable in nature are forbidden to be brought into the venue. DISPOSAL OF CRATES, STAND FITTINGS AND MATERIALS - The removal and disposal of crates and stand fittings or materials are not covered by the rental agreement and are subject to an additional charge based on the charges imposed by the Exhibition Venue or such other sum as the Organizer may reasonably determine. DILAPIDATION CHARGES - Please remember that you are responsible for making good on any damage caused to the fabric of the exhibition buildings by you, your agents or contractors. In your own interests you should satisfy yourselves as to the condition of your site before commencing the building (raw space only) or dressing (shell scheme booth) of your booth and again after its clearance. The Organizers will pass to the exhibitor any charges for damage to the exhibition halls caused by exhibitors, their staff or their contractors. DROP WIRES - Drop wires may be used for the rigging of high level graphics, etc. but not for the stabilizing of booths, which must be self-supporting

14 ELECTRICITY INSTALLATION & WATER CONNECTION SNIEC, Halls W1-W3 - a. For safety reasons, only the Official Stand-Building Contractors are allowed to carry out installation work of electricity and water supply. Exhibitors or their appointed contractors shall apply to AMC, the Official Stand-Building Contractor for connection of such work from the venue to their booths. b. Application for Power Distribution Box: (1) Exhibitors and their appointed contractors have to ensure that all electric facilities must not be overloaded and safety operations are enforced. (2) The venue operator will provide the terminal for distribution boxes in accordance with the quantity and positions applied. Exhibitors and their appointed contractors shall connect power by themselves from the power distribution they have applied for. c. Connection of Electricity from Power Distribution Box: (1) Only personnel with valid electrician operation certificates can carry out installation work of electricity lines and facilities. (2) Only qualified electrical materials shall be used in booth installation. Double-sheath copper wires and cable lines shall be used, and the section of the conducting wires must be 1.5mm. Electrical materials shall be equipped with enough safety loading capacity. It is strictly forbidden to use single wires with no sheath, twist pairs or aluminum wires. As to the configurations of wires, three-phase five-wire system shall be applied for the line voltage (L1, L2, L3, N, PE) and single-phase three-wire system for the phase voltage (L, N, PE). (3) All metal or metal-shelled frames / structures shall be safety earthed. All electricity lines shall be or properly mounted or wired through conduits, and shall never be loosely paved on floor or gangways. Electricity lines running across gangways shall be covered and protected by a cable bridge to avoid direct stepping by crowd. When branch conductors are connected, insulating porcelain and plastic connectors shall be used and enhanced by insulation protective measures instead of being wrapped directly by insulating adhesive tape. (4) According to the low-voltage requirements, Exhibitors and their appointed contractors shall bring their own power distribution box equipped with 30MA electrical leakage protection. The power distribution box provided by the venue operator shall be placed in a prominent position inside the booth where can be accessible for daily checks and operations. d. Electricity Supply: Announcement and related safety issues will be broadcasted via the venue PA system 2 hours prior to electricity supply. Exhibitors and their appointed contractors shall ensure they have carried out proper safety inspections and conform to the Rules of Operating Low-Voltage Electric Facilities within these two hours. e. Suspension of Electricity Supply after Exhibition Opening Hours: (1) For the sake of safety and to minimize possibility of hazards in the exhibition halls, electricity to all facilities will be cut off 15 minutes after the official closing time of the Exhibition. Before leaving their booths, Exhibitors or their appointed contractors shall ensure all power switches are turned off. The venue operator will accompany technicians from AMC to conduct daily check of all booths. The venue operator will cut off the power supply of those booths which power switches have not been turned off. Exhibitors or their appointed contractors shall bear all liability and consequences thereof. Exhibitors or their appointed contractors are required to submit a written application for electricity supply through AMC. Moreover, electricity will only be reconnected after another safety inspection conducted by the venue operator and AMC. (2) If 24-hour electricity supply is required, a written application shall be submitted to AMC prior to the submission of the final version of booth design drawings. Additional charges will be incurred, and approval from the venue operator is required

Suspension of Electricity Supply after Move-Out: Exhibitors or their appointed contractors shall submit a written application to AMC on 13 Jun, 2019 (i.e., one day before the closing day of the Exhibition) indicating the booth number and hours of power supply required during dismantling. Extension of power supply will only be made according to the time indicated on the written application. Any request for electricity reconnection after cut-off will be considered only after a safety inspection is carried out by the venue operator. Request can be rejected if certain on-site conditions are not met. FIRE PREVENTION & SAFETY REGULATIONS a. Materials used for stand construction and installation or any other structures must be entirely non-combustible with a burning diffusion rate not lower than Class B1 as required by the Fire Prevention Law of the People s Republic of China and Shanghai Local Fire Prevention Bureau. b. Exhibitors and their appointed contractors are forbidden to hamper the normal operation of the fire protection system, including fire alarm sensors, fire hydrants, fire distinguishers, fire escapes inside the venue. c. All fire exits, safety passages and gangways must be kept clear at all times. It is strictly forbidden to set up booths or place goods in the fire exits and passages. d. A minimum of 1.2m (4 feet) distance shall be kept between any temporary structures and fire hydrants, doors of engine room or fire sensors. e. A minimum distance of 1.0m between any temporary structures and the walls of the venue shall be kept for the purpose of maintenance. f. The maximum height limit for shell-scheme booths and raw space booth of 3m wide is 2.5mH. The maximum height limit is 6m for single-storey raw space constructions and 8.5m for double-storey raw space constructions for raw space booth of 6m wide. g. No objects can be attached to or suspended from the fire sprinklers or lighting fixtures on ceiling. Spotlights and other heat-generating devices shall not be pointed to or placed near fire sprinklers. h. Construction work shall be carried out according to the plans and drawings submitted to and approved by the fire bureau / venue operator. Alternations without written approval are prohibited. i. The Organizer and the venue operator reserve the right to dismount and remove any constructions and structures built in divergence to the approved plans. Exhibitors and their appointed contractors shall be responsible for the liabilities and costs incurred. j. All workers engaging in special operation types (including electricity connection, welding and cutting, fork-lifting, etc.), must possess Shanghai Specific-type Operator Certificate. Workers without certificates are not allowed to carry out any work in the venue. All related operation rules and procedures shall be complied. k. Please refer to Provisions of Shanghai Municipality on the Administration of Fire Control in Exhibition Industry for other fire prevention regulations. l. All workers must wear safety helmet when engaging in work inside the exhibition halls. When working at height of 2m or above, workers shall wear safety harness as well. m. Unless approved by the venue operator and relevant government authorities in writing, no naked fire or combustible gas is allowed to be used in the venue. No explosive, petroleum and highly flammable, toxic or corrosive substances are allowed to be used as well. Radioactive substances shall not be brought into the exhibition halls. n. No more than one-day use of any solid or liquid hazardous material shall be stored within the booths at any time. The residue shall be placed in special containers and sealed in a location agreed by government departments, the venue operator and the Organizer

16 SNIEC, Halls W1-W3 o. Toxic waste must be sealed in a suitable container with clear markings, and shall be handled according to the relevant laws and rules governing waste disposal. p. The following articles are forbidden to be exhibited in or bought into the exhibition halls without the written approval of the venue operator, including arms, guns, swords, ammunition, explosives, flammable materials, radioactive substances and any other dangerous goods, goods prohibited for import, goods infringing on patent rights, goods that may affect the normal operation of the venue operator, and any items prohibited by relevant government departments. q. Large-scale painting and washing of painted objects are not permitted in the exhibition halls. Only small scale touch-up painting of exhibits and stands is permitted during move-in with necessary safety precautions in place. These precautions include painting in an area properly ventilated, use of non-toxic paints, covering the floor with dry paper or plastic film, etc. No painting is allowed near any vertical structures (i.e., walls) of the venue. r. To facilitate crowd management, the use if cart / trolley is not allowed in the visitor registration halls and public areas during 08:00-11:00 on Jun Exhibitors shall not arrange delivery of goods or refill of exhibits during this period of time. HEIGHT RESTRICTIONS - The Shell Scheme height is 2.5m and cannot be exceeded. - Raw Space Booth of 6m wide or above building height is in a maximum 6m (single-deck) and 8.5mH (double-deck) - Shell Scheme Booth or Raw Space Booth of 3m wide has a height limit of 2.5m throughout their space. - The height restrictions listed above have to be followed unless prior approval is obtained from the Organizer. - No temporary structures, including stands 4.5m in height or above, may be erected unless a Registered Structural Engineer by SNIEC to verify their design for stability. - Double sided signs, logos, and graphic must be set back 3m from adjacent booths or to be covered / finished on the side facing the adjacent booth. LIGHTING - General hall lighting is provided but it is strongly recommended that you also have specific lighting in your booth to highlight your exhibits. All lighting installations must be carried out by the Official Contractor, AMC, and comply with current regulations. AMC can also give you advice on your lighting requirements. MATERIALS - Materials used for stand construction and installation or any other structures must be entirely non-combustible with a burning diffusion rate not lower than Class B1 as required by the Fire Prevention Law of the People s Republic of China and Shanghai Local Fire Prevention Bureau. Materials such as elastic fabric, straws, lumber, flammable carpet, etc. are strictly prohibited. - Use of Mortar: Persons proposing to erect brick, stone or block walls etc. shall lay heavy-duty building paper or similar material on the floor under the walls etc. to protect the floor surface from mortar damage. SNIEC will repair any damage caused to the floor by the erection or dismantling of this work at the expense of the exhibitor
