Adequate and complete nformaton wll prevent delays n the plan revew process. Revewng a plan and the dscovery that requred nformaton has not been provded by the applcant may result n the delay of the permt ssuance and n proceedng wth buldng constructon. The owner or contractor may be requred to provde ths nformaton before the plan revew may proceed. Ths causes delays because other plans that are n lne for revew may be gven attenton before the new nformaton may be revewed after t has been provded to the Buldng Department. Please revew ths document to determne f you have enough nformaton to desgn your project and provde adequate nformaton to facltate a plan revew. f you do not, t may be helpful to obtan a book ttled "Dwellng Constructon under the Unform Buldng Code ".
