3 HUSEN RUBBER INTRODUCTION Husen Rubber Products (Shanghai) Factory, located at Qingpu District- City of Shanghai, is a professional manufacturer and leading exporter of rubber-related products. Since establishment in 1988, through our advanced technologies, excellent quality and outstanding service, we have been honored to be the designated supplier of rubber parts for globally-known companies worldwide. We not only have good working environment as well as full equipments, but also TUV ISO 9001 and TS16949 certified factory. Our factory occupies 4000 square meters. State-of-art equipments include 9 sets of fully-automatic, 6 sets of semi-automatic machines, 3 sets of large scale pugging equipment,3 sets of transfer injection machine, 1 set of silicone extrusion machine,1 set of liquid silicone injection machine and 35L internal mixer. We have an independent laboratory consists of rotorless rheometer, electronic universal tensile strength tester, aging tester, densimeter, ozone tester, DIN abrasion tester, analytical balance and video measuring equipment etc; With in-house laboratory, we are able to assist customers to inspect and control the required characteristics of raw materials including vulcanization, strength, elongation, tear, aging, ozone, oil resistant, deformation and size etc. Our primary clients are mainly in North America and Japan. After long time accumulation of exporting experience, our products are capable of meeting ASTM D2000 (USA), SAEJ200, JIS-K (Japan), MIL-STD (USA Military) and DIN (German) standard. Furthermore, in field of O ring, our factory met AS-568 (USA) and JIS-B2401 (Japan) standard. Also our products comply with ROHS, FDA and UL guidelines.

4 HUSEN RUBBER INTRODUCTION The characteristics of our products apply to: Shock reduction, high and low pressure resistance, oil resistance, acid and alkaline resistance, chemicals resistance, high and low temperature resistance, electric conduction, insulation, non halogen fire retardant, ozone resistance, anti-ultraviolet rays (UV), as well as steam resistance. We offer various raw materials and specifications: NR, SBR, BR, IIR, NBR, CR, EPDM, FPM, VMQ, LSR, AEM and CSM. 25 MOLD DESIGN D & D: Our designers are able to work in CAD, Solid Works, Pro-E, UG software and we always satisfy our customer with quick and professional response. We work closely with our customers on the design and we are providing our suggestions how to improve the product from prototype to PPAP (team feasibility study).

26 RUBBER PHYSICAL TESTING In our facility in Shanghai, right next to the production, we have all necessary testing equipments to test our products for these features that customer required. These tests like: shore A hardness, density, ozone, hot ageing, tensile strength, elongation to fracture, vulcanization time and insulation resistivity, oil resistance, low temperature brittleness,mooney viscosity etc. We are also cooperating with certified laboratory like SGS and TUV to test the chemical testing requirements like ROHS, REACH, FDA, PAHS,UL,etc.
