2 3 Supplying and fixing low level storage units made of 19mm marine plywood finished with 1mm decorative laminate over it on all exposed faces, top with 18mm thick marine ply with 1 mm laminate and edgeband in all exposed edges including providing one shelf, necessary locks, handles, etc. as per the sketch enclosed. All the exposed edges of plywood are to be finished with 2 mm thick PVC edge band and all the inside portion finished with primer and 2 coats of enamel paint. One shelf to have minimum 40 cm height. The rate is inclusive of cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges including fixing with glue, nails, screw etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in (ii) Units 75cm height 8 RM 4 Toughened Glass Partition:-Providing and fixing 12mm Toughened glass Partition with patch fitting (make dorma) at height of 270/300 cm for entrance area, BM s Cabin, Discussion room etc. Necessary etching pattern (design as specified by Bank) to be provided in the glass. The rate is inclusive of cost and charges including fixing with patch fittings, glue, nails, screw etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge. 30 SqM 5 Toughened glass door:_providing and fixing Toughened glass door with handle for the Entrance/ Bms Cabin with 12mm toughened glass and patch fittings. 4 10 Supplying Officer tables as per the sketch enclosed with 25 mm thick post formed table top with 12 mm thick polished glass above it of approved make (DuPont or equivalent) Foot rest cum CPU stand of required length with same 18 mm. MS Powder coated Keyboard tray and 50mm Dia MS wire manager of approved quality. One set of 3 drawers with 18 mm marine ply of approved make at bottom, sides and rear with necessary edge bands, telescopic drawer slides, locking arrangement, 100 mm long brush finish S.S. handles, etc. complete. All concealed faces of marine ply finished with two coat of enamel paint and exposed faces with 2 mm thick PVC edge band to the satisfaction of the Bank. The inside faces of drawer should be waxed and finished with varnish of app color and shade. the table modesty shall be fixed with 8mm thick of Aqua blue shade of saint Gobain fixed on the 18mm thick front vertical marine plywood and finished with 1mm thickness laminate. 5 11 Double Skin solid Partition and door : Providing and fixing Double skin soild partition for ante room and passage. The frame work with hard wood frame 25cmx5cm at the top and bottom finished with 6mm ply and 1 mm laminate of approved make on both side. Above 270 cm the partition are to be firmly fixed to the ceiling. The partition upto false ceiling only be measured. Necessary handles locks etc. to be provided. The rate is inclusive of cost and charges including fixing with glue, nails, screw etc. complete as 50 SqM 12 Providing and fixing at Site, Aluminum Composite panels of 3.25 mm thick,approved color certified for exterior applications (in which the manufacturer of ACP is providing years guarantee for color fastness) The panels shall be cut to sizes of required grid dimensions in line with the site conditions, without leaving any marks on the sheet. The panels shall be fixed on pre-fabricated framework using aluminum extruded sections joined horizontally and vertically using standard cleats and fasteners. The gap formed in between the panels shall be sealed with silicone sealant after sticking the required masking tapes and all other accessories. The sheet fixing and the lines of sealants shall be in line and level with the building lines. The entire prefabricated frame work shall be fixed on the walls or floor beams using fiber plugs and steel screws of appropriate size.
