MD: Machine Direction; TD: Transverse Direction) 4

3. Installation Guide 3.1 Installation of Tile Interface 117HA Install the interface onto the wooden beam by three M6*80 screws The interface is not allowed to press on the tile, using small piece of wood to lift the height of interface if necessary Get rid of the small part of tiles where you find the interface is difficult to lie down on the bottom tiles flatly, using Angle Grinder or hammer. This step is still necessary if the system is installed on curved tile. CAUTION: It was forbidden taking the interfaces as ladder, this may destroy the tiles. 5

3.1.5 When installed on flat tile rooftop, cut off one corner where the interface need to be installed Cut one piece of Titanium zinc plate for the corner area, put it under the interface and make sure 20mm surrounding area need to be covered by this plate. (Note: See photos in right.) Installation of Cross Module: In order that the Cross Module can be installed easily, please make sure the bolts haven t been fastened too tight. Install the Cross Module as picture show, fasten the bolt for 2 or 3 circle, move it to wherever need to connect with Inter Clamp, End Clamp or Interfaces. Fasten it tightly. (Suggested torque force: 8 N m). 6

3.2 Installation of Rail Put the Rail onto the Interface, fixing it with the clamp, but not fastened, as showed Install the Rail onto Interfaces in rows as planned, levelling by a rope or laser ensuring all the Rails are in a line. Fastened all the bolts after thorough check as showed in right. (Suggested force: 8 N m) Install Rail Connector: If there re different lengths of rails, then start from the shortest one. Install the rails onto the interfaces by M8 Hexagon Bolt, Flat Washer, String Washer and Cross Module as showed. 7

3.3 Installation of Panels Place the panels onto the rail, fix it with End Clamps a showed in right. (Suggested torque force: 8N m) Fix the panel with Inter Clamps as well as showed, fasten it slightly Place the other panel under the Inter Clamp, fastening the bolts of Inter Clamp. (Suggested torque force: 8N m) Caution: Anti-slipping should be placed in the bottom rail slot as showed Fix the panels in the end of each line by End Clamps. (Suggested Torque force: 8N m) 18mm 8

3.3.5 Install the upper line panels, a gap around 18-20mm need to be remained between the two lines considering of the sunlight angle. Finish the installation in the same procedure until all the panels are installed successfully. 9
