2 Farm Foundation House The Foundation is dedicated to the conservation of the valley and furthering education and preservation. The Foundation oversees nearly 180 acres of preserved land. It was once a home turned in to educational grounds for local Elementary schools. The goal was to bring the house up to date while keeping with the historical aesthetics and making it the permanent home for the Foundation staff.

3 Design Problems Overgrown shrubbery Old leaking roof Single back exterior exit Only exit out to the back patio through the kitchen with no ADA access ramp or keyless entry. It does not meet commercial code standards

16 Challenge Heights Restoring, painting and roofing on top of a three story building was dangerous task on ladder and lifts
