1 10 September 2018 ADDENDUM NUMBER 2 To the Contract Documents for the Construction of Locker Room Corona High School (Bid No. 17/18-008) (DSA A# ) Corona-Norco Unified School District Corona, California NOTICE TO BIDDERS It is intended that all work affected by the following provisions shall conform to the original Plans and Specifications. Delete or modify each of the following items wherever appearing on the Drawings and/or Specifications. Acknowledge receipt of this Addendum in the space provided on the Contractor's Proposal. Failure to do so may subject bidder to disqualification. DRAWINGS: Item 1: Refer to Sheet A-203 and modify Floor Plan Demolition Keynote #23 as follows: 23. No Demolition in this Room except as required by work shown on Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Alarm, Fire Sprinkler, or Structural Drawings. Item 2: Refer to Sheet A-203 Enlarged Demo Floor Plan Girls Locker Room and refer to the (E) Mechanical Room in the southeast corner of the Building. Remove Floor Plan Demolition Keynote #23 and provide new Floor Plan Demolition Keynote #58 as follows: 58. Verify with District and remove all existing mechanical, plumbing, and/or electrical equipment that is no longer in service, typical entire room. Item 3: Refer to Sheet A-204 and Modify Floor Plan Demolition Keynote #23 as follows: 23. No Demolition in this Room except as required by work shown on Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Aalrm, Fire Sprinkler, or Structural Drawings.

Remove Floor Plan Demolition Keynote #23 and provide new Floor Plan Demolition Keynote #55 as follows: 55. Verify with District and remove all existing mechanical, plumbing, and/or electrical equipment that is no longer in service, typical entire room. Item 5: Refer to Sheet A-205 Enlarged Floor Plan Girls Locker Room and refer to the (E) Mechanical Room in the southeast corner of the Building. Remove Floor Plan New Work Keynote #33 and provide new Floor Plan New Work Keynote #39 as follows: 39. Patch and repair all finishes where existing mechanical, plumbing, and/or electrical equipment was removed. Paint all walls. Item 6: Item 7: Refer to Sheet A-205 Enlarged Floor Plan Girls Locker Room. As a clarification in the Girls Large Locker Room, the south wall at the ramp/landings and the wall containing Door #A108B shall receive gwb wall finish and rubber base. Refer to Sheet A-206 Enlarged Floor Plan Boys Locker Room and refer to the (E) Mechanical Room in the southwest corner of the Building. Remove Floor Plan New Work Keynote #33 and provide new Floor Plan New Work Keynote #39 as follows: 39. Patch and repair all finishes where existing mechanical, plumbing, and/or electrical equipment was removed. Paint all walls. Item 8: Item 9: Refer to Sheet A-205 Enlarged Floor Plan Boys Locker Room. As a clarification in the Boys Large Locker Room, the south wall at the ramp/landings and the wall containing Door #A203B shall receive gwb wall finish and rubber base. Refer to Sheets A-701, A-702, A-703, A-704 and revise Interior Elevation Keynote #17 as follows: 17. (N) Exposed Concrete. Finish and polish to match adjacent finish floor. Item 10: Refer to Details 13/A-904, 15/A-904, 16/A-904, and 30/A-905. All faces of the concrete locker curbs shall be polished to match the finish concrete floor.
