WINKLE PRESS GREEN Special design to achieve highest yields in the field of fruit extraction and food processing. Majorly used for dewatering. The machine frame is completely executed in stainless steel. The rollers are coated with Rilsan. Six juice extraction stages with a gradual pressure build-up. APPLE CRUSHER The Bellmer Apple Crusher is designed for the crushing of fruits prior to pressing them on belt filter presses. The mash is ground more intensively and evenly than by means of other systems so that higher yields are obtained. It is not only used for grinding pome fruit before the subsequent pressing but also for crushing of fruits before fermentation and distillation and for grinding tropical fruits such as pineapples.

They have specialty in manufacturing and fabrication of all types of pressure vessels and process equipment's such as heat exchangers, reactors, vapor separators, Calandria, fermenters, uni tanks, BBT, brew house vessels and vessels with agitators, storage tanks, distillation columns, etc. They have established quality management system to ensure total reliability of the product and dedicated engineers for the quality control of products. WELDING & NDT CONTROL All WPS and PQR s are approved by AWS CWI & TPI. All welding procedures are qualified as per ASME Sec IX, GTAW,FCAW,SMAW etc. All Welders are qualified and certified by AWS CWI & TPI. Welder s traceability maintained through weld map & weld log sheet. RT,UT, EP, helium leak test, Pressure test, Agitator running trial as per drag requirement. RAW MATERIAL AND INCOMING PARTS CONTROL Raw material is procured from standard and established sources. The incoming material is subjected to appropriate metallurgical, chemical and mechanical testing as per sample plans. All incoming semi finished and finished items are subjected to receipt inspection for dimensional accuracy, metallurgical performance and functional testing.

8 Mr. Dilip Gaikwad brings more than 26 years of engineering experience in the engineering services industry to his role of chief promoter of Gullfoss since He worked with Alfa Laval (India) Ltd, and was responsible to helm the Sales & Marketing for starch projects and equipment (All India, Bangladesh and Nepal). He has expertise of over 25 years in Starch Equipment, Dryers, Evaporators and Starch/ Distillery project construction, commissioning, execution, Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Key Account Management, Channel Management and Team Management. Prior to forming Gullfoss,Mr. Gaikwad held several leadership roles in business planning, market plan, large project execution and commission, project and equipment sale, account management with skills in competitor and market analysis.
