2 A world of applications: One way and multiway packaging layer pads, separators, OEM parts, boxes Bubble Guard Board is a plastic sheet, HARD and SOFT. Its middle layer recall a beehive very smooth, resistant and efficient in every direction. The air is trapped in its PolyPropylene s bubbles, becoming itself a structural component. Thanks to the laminations in line for thermoforming (without using glues) it remains extremely flat, smooth but also anti slip or aestethic outside. Compared to other similar products, BUBBLE GUARD BOARD s innovation is the co-extrusion. While other products have to be processed by lamination of three separate layers, our products are produced directly from raw materials simultaneously in one step without use of glues.

4 Bubble Guard Flex the bubble wrap in polypropylene extremely resistant, durable, customizable and rollable in line without the use of glues. PERFORMANCE: eleven times more resistant to traction, comparing to the same weight or graatures. CONVENIENCE: lighten the weight up to 60 g/sqm while maintaining the performance at the same level of a counterpart PE of 80, or increase the level of protection maintaining the same weight for your package.
