2 Company Overview Al Emarat E.P.C L.L.C, established in July 2017 was created as a solid Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) contracting company in the Oil and Gas, water, power, roads and pipeline infrastructure sectors, under the ownership of HIS ROYAL HIGHNESS SHAIKH HAMDAN BIN MOHAMMED BIN ZAYED BIN SULTAN AL NEHAYAN and HMZ Holdings. The company has been expertly designed to take charge of all activities pertaining to construction, from the design phase, to procurement, construction, commissioning, right through to the handover to the end user. Whilst we are construction focused, our varied scope of work also covers civil works of excavation and backfilling, oil and gas pipeline infrastructure and specialized pipe networks. We pride ourselves on our ability to provide our customers with a fully integrated and comprehensive service.

4 Our Heritage and Partnerships Al Emarat E.P.C L.L.C was one of two companies formed as a result of a business partnership between Al Fanar General Contracting L.L.C and HMZ Holding owned by SHK HAMDAN MOHAMMED ZAYED SULTAN AL NEHAYAN SOLE PROPRIETORSHIP L.L.C. This alliance has been carefully formulated with the aim of delivering tangible core values and benefits to the UAE Building Contracting, Oil and Gas sectors. By capitalizing on the latest advanced technologies and powerful technical track record for Al Fanar General Contracting L.L.C, in addition to utilising the highly professional dedicated resources for HMZ Holdings L.L.C, to conclude sustainable revenue streams to the company.

6 Oil and Natural Gas Pipelines Construction Contracting Al Emarat EPC provides fully integrated infrastructure works for both low and high pressure pipelines. Natural gas pipeline construction projects is more into a moving assembly line, where as a huge pipe length is broken into manageable lengths (spreads), each spread will be installed with certified pipe welders and qualified work groups. Onshore and Offshore Oil and Gas Fields and Facilities Services We perform all types of projects related to oil and gas service installations, treatment facilities and storage systems.

7 Foundation Construction we offer a comprehensive range of geotechnical and survey services related to construction and foundation of small to large infrastructure projects. Excavation and Backfilling Our techniques ensure the highest health and safety measure for each and every project including all civil related works.

8 Main Roads, Streets and Utilities Infrastructure Our scope includes surveys, design, construction and maintenance of main roads and utilities infrastructure. Earthworks, Road Construction and Infrastructure Including deep excavations, mountain benching, trenching, building access roads in extreme hilly terrains, foundation excavation, rock breaking, drilling and blasting.

9 Pipe networks and Specialised connections and installations for water transmission pipelines Including pre construction surveys, clearing and grading, trenching, pipe stringing, welding, joint coating, lowering in, backfilling and restoration. Power Transmission Line Our newly introduced techniques and methods, allow civil works in hilly terrains for high voltage transmission line projects.

11 Track Record Project - ADNOC-NGD EPC Works of City Gas Network-Phase 1, Packages 1 To 4 The Execution The EPC were honoured to be a part of the team working on this esteemed project which includes both civil and mechanical works as per the below details:

12 Scope of Works Civil Works EPC played an active role in the design and construction works of the project, including the high-pressure gas pipelines to the Natural Gas Distribution Network terminating at Residential and Commercial Customers ends. Location: Emirate of Abu Dhabi Phase 1 (Packages 1-4) in 4 different sites 1- Golf and Raha Gardens 2- Reem Island and Mariyah Island 3- Saadiyat Island 4- Saraya Development Scope of Works Mechanical Works The Project covers detailed design engineering, Authorities approval, Procurement, Construction, Installation, testing, Precommissioning, Commissioning, Handover activities. Inclusions: 1- HDPE SDR 11 PE 100 Pipe - Approximately 13 KM of Various Sizes from 400mm to 63mm, 10 units. 2- Pressure reduction Stations and Valve installations Approximately 18 units. 3- Steel Gate valves and Approximately 42 units. 4- PE Ball Valves.
