The General Contrator shall visit the site and surrounding areas to beome familiar with the work required prior to any on-site onstrution or mobilization.. The rhitet shall not be responsible for the onstrution means, methods, tehniques, sequenes, or proedures or safety regulations in onnetion with work. These shall be the sole responsibility of the Contrator under these Constrution Douments. 7. ll existing onditions shall be field verified by the General Contrator prior to onstrution.. ll dimensions and elevations shall be heked by the General Contrator prior to onstrution. ny adjustments and / or orretions shall be marked and brought to the attention of the rhitet prior to onstrution. 9. ll dimensions are taken to the fae of stud or outside fae of onrete or blok unless noted otherwise.. The General Contrator shall assume responsibility to aount for non-typial soils onditions inluding, but not limited to, the presene of lay or ground water.. See Plans and Elevations for window alignments, type, and muntin patters. Window sizes are as speified. Notify rhitet if speified size is not available from Manufaturer. 3. Provide flashing at all windows and doors in exterior walls throughout. Provide all wall, base, ap, thru-wall, and ounter flashing required to prevent entrane of moisture and water into building. 4. Provide moisture resistant gypsum board (DensGlass/ paperless) in all "wet" areas. 5. The General Contrator shall review floor finishes. ll finished floors shall be flush to adjaent floor systems whether of similar or dissimilar materials.. Coordinate loation of utility meters with site plan. Minimize visual impat of meters by keeping them as low as possible. 7. The General Contrator shall ompare rhitetural plans and setions with Strutural / MEP Plans and Setions and report any disrepanies to the rhitet prior to fabriation, eretion or installation of any strutural / MEP members.. ll Strutural, MEP, Fire Safety, and Civil douments are by others. 9.
