IP 31 2m x 2m Trampoline Installation Pack
IP 31 2m x 2m Trampoline - With Concrete Bedding Dig a square pit: dimensions: 160 x 160cm ; depth: 63cm Dimensions: 210 x 210cm Depth: 73cm If the ground is cohesive, it should be possible to dig a vertical pit within a short period of time. If the ground is not cohesive or loose, you must consider shoring up the sides to prevent collapse. Suitable KidsTramp Models: Art/ 97500: KidsTramp Playground XL Art : KidsTramp Playground Loop XL Art : KidsTramp Kindergarten XL Art : KidsTramp Kindergarten Loop XL 2/7
IP 31 2m x 2m Trampoline - With Concrete Bedding After preparing the pit the trampoline can be put on the concrete L-shape stones. The remaining gap between the Kids Tramp and the surrounding area needs to be filled. The upper 5-10cm should be filled with humus so that there are no gaps between the trampoline and its surrounding ground. If the ground does not drain naturally (water-impermeable), suitable drainage must be installed. In this case the pit should be 15cm deeper to allow a drainage pipe connected to a suitable outflow (e.g. the local sewerage system). After that you disperse a combined frost protection and base layer on the whole area, depth 15cm. Finally, you concrete the 12 concrete L-shape stones. 3/7
IP 31 2m x 2m Trampoline - With Concrete Bedding In the pit you have to put the 8 concrete L-shape stones on the lean concrete, dimensions: 200 x 200cm; the upper edge fo the concrete L-shape stones should be 31cm below the surrounding area Size of the L-shape stones: 40/40/22cm After putting the L-shape stones you have to fill the area between the stones with the washed grit (16/32mm); depth:12. Attention: the installation of the KidsTramps must be done in a flat area and not on a hill or slope edge. Required material: 0.75m³ lean concrete 8 concrete L-shape stones 40/40/22cm, miter milled 12 conrete L-shape stones 40/40/22cm 0.10m³ washed grit 16-32mm 0.10m³ split 2-5mm 4/7
IP 31 2m x 2m Trampoline - Without Concrete Bedding Dig a square pit: dimensions: 160 x 160cm ; depth: 61cm Dimensions: 210 x 210cm Depth:71cm If the ground is cohesive, it should be possible to dig a vertical pit within a short period of time. If the ground is not cohesive or loose, you must consider shoring up the sides to prevent collapse. Suitable KidsTramp models: Art : KidsTramp Playground XL Art : KidsTramp Playground Loop XL Art : KidsTramp Kindergarten XL Art : KidsTramp Kindergarten Loop XL 5/7
IP 31 2m x 2m Trampoline - Without Concrete Bedding After preparing the pit the trampoline can be put on the compact combined frost protection and base layer. The remaining gap between the Kids Tramp and the surrounding area needs to be filled. The upper 5-10cm should be filled with humus so that there are no gaps between the trampoline and its surrounding ground. If the ground does not drain naturally (water-impermeable), suitable drainage must be installed. In this case the pit should be 10cm deeper to allow a drainage pipe connected to a suitable outflow (e.g. the local sewerage system). The combined frost protection and base layer increases from 42 to 52cm. 6/7
IP 31 2m x 2m Trampoline - Without Concrete Bedding Construct a combined frost protection and base layer of 42cm and compact it. The layer should be deeper in the center (see the figure). The upper edge of the combined frost protection and base layer should be 31cm below the ground s surface. Attention: the installation of the KidsTramps must be done in a flat area and not on a hill or slope edge. Required material: 1.85m³ KFT - combined frost protection and base layer material. 0.12m³ split 2-5mm. 7/7
