The tender specifications are based on the following documents:... The following tender specifications were created based on the planning documents provided to us in accordance with currently valid general technical regulations. The items are to be checked for feasibility by the tenderer, the quantities are to be checked for correctness on the object and changed if required. Material waste, seam losses as well as small items and mounting material are to be included in the relevant items. Billing is done based on on-site measurement. The tour of the site prior to tender is strongly advised. The PREFA Aluminiumprodukte GmbH makes no guarantees for either the completeness of the individual items for performing the services described as well as for the accuracy of the measurements in the individual items. The planner has to check all the information and statements for accuracy and adjust them if necessary.
