2 What is Thermo Solution? THERMO SOLUTION is an ecologic coating based on ceramic nanospheres exhibiting excellent thermal insulation properties. THERMO SOLUTION thermal insulating coating embeds the most modern insulating technology in a thermos-like ultra-thin layer. THERMO SOLUTION saves energy by increasing the thermal insulation level in commercial and residential buildings. Compared to the high price of classic insulation, THERMO SOLUTION represents a cheaper alternative, but of higher quality.

3 Thermo Solution Coating Composition THERMO SOLUTION coating s functionality is based on the thermos system. Just like the latter keeps the liquid inside it at a constant temperature, in the same way does this coating conserve the temperature of the inside space it is destined for. THERMO SOLUTION contains a mixture of numerous silicon and ceramic spheres embedded in a latex-based acrylic liants. This combination makes this coating very light and elastic. Hence, THERMO SOLUTION dilates and contracts depending on the surface it is applied on. PROTECTS AGAINST HUMIDITY The vacuum particles in its componence determine an excellent thermal insulation, at the same time reducing the heat gained during the summer through the walls, from outside to inside, and the heat loss through the walls, from inside to outside, during the winter. 16 Technical Data Sheet APPLICATION TECHNOLOGY: 1. Preparing of the support surface The surfaces that THERMO SOLUTION will be applied on must be clean, dried, dusted and uniform. 2. Applying of the primer layer on the adequately prepared surface is carried out by paint brush, lime brush, roller or by pulverization. Product consumption for the primer layer is of 50 g/m² g/m². 3. Applying of the THERMO SOLUTION thermal insulating coating is carried out after the complete drying of the primer layer. Before application, the product must be homogenized well by stirring. Applying of the product can be done by paint brush, lime brush, roller or by air-less spray gun. Minimum applying temperature: 10 o C. Product consumption for one layer of THERMO SOLUTION coating is of 1 L/m 2 at a thickness of 1 mm. The total thickness of the insulation must be between mm, depending on the desired level of insulation. GUARANTEE: The product is guaranteed in its original package for 24 months. The guarantee for the applied product is of minimum 10 years. TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE: The product does not require special transportation and storage conditions. Keep out of direct sun during transportation and storage. Temperature range of transportation and storage: 5-40 o C.
