To validate a warranty claim, the owner must be able to show that they are the original owner of our sink. Artisan has the right to inspect any sink reported to be defective prior to replacement of the sink. All decisions are final. Replacement of the sink does not include removal of the defective sink or installation of the replacement. Artisan extends through its partnership a lifetime guarantee that the LustreGarde metal will not delaminate from the substrate. When installed and cared for properly the LustreGarde will not chip, flake or peel under normal usage. Certain foods and acids may cause color changes in the finish and is not covered under the warranty. The Artisan Fleur-de-lis Sink Collection has the same aging qualities as real metal and needs to be cared for as such.
