3 PVC SHEETS All our sheets are non toxic and lead free and comply with all food hygiene and fire regulations. They are available in a range of sizes, thickness and colours. TOUGH AND DURABLE Our sheets are high density and provide excellent resistance to cracking and splitting. This hard surface also prevents abrasion to maintain a hygienically smooth surface which is guaranteed to last for years to come. EASY TO INSTALL HPS cladding is easy to transport, handle and install. It requires only standard tools for cutting and drilling; flat sheets are easily bonded to substrates. Fast and flexible to install, HPS cladding is ideal for the professional or DIY installer. SUITABLE SUBSTRATES Our UPVC sheets can cover any new or existing interior wall including plasterboard, plywood, sand, cement, and brick work. FIXING & PREPARATION METHOD Ensure walls are dry and free from dirt, grease and dust. Remove all loose matter that may interfere with the adhesive e.g loose plaster/paint. CLEANING AND STORAGE Our products our virtually maintenance free however regular warm soapy water is sufficient for regular cleaning. Sheets should be stored flat and in a dry environment. RANGE OF COLOURS WATERPROOF AND RESISTANT TO CHEMICALS With a non-absorbent finish and excellent resistance to acid and alkalies, our sheets are an ideal option for a variety of uses. They are easily cleaned using non-abrasive cleaners and disinfectants. 4 FITTINGS AND TRIMS Our service wouldn t be complete if we couldn t offer you EVERYTHING you need to finish the job. Our covings, trims and fixing products will simplify your installation and ensure you get a good quality, professional finish. PVC H-SECTION A simple one piece H-section, with a wider back edge allowing mechanic fixing, and a watertight hygienic fit. PVC J-SECTION A simple but multifunctional profile, this can be used as a top and bottom edging, and as an internal trim too. A wider back edge again allows for mechanical fixing if required. PVC EXTERNAL ANGLE Our standard 50mm x 50mm durable angle provides great coverage, a great finish as a fast alternative to thermoforming. PVC INTERNAL ANGLE Our internal angle is a simple, aesthetically pleasing finish to any internal corner, with good coverage for ease of fitting. PVC SKIRTING Available in a variety of widths, this foam PVC skirt provides a perfect hygienic finish for a variety of uses. 5 ADHESIVE AND SEALANTS All our sheets are non toxic and lead free and comply with all food hygiene and fire regulations. They are available in a range of sizes, thickness and colours. SOUDAL FIXALL FLEXI Available in white, grey, black, clear. Soudal Fixall is a cartridge type sealant, based on MS Polymer technology. It has an excellent initial grab and can be used as an adhesive in its own right for bonding all sheets and trims while fitting hygienic systems. It is also used as a sealant between panels and in corners where a tough but flexible seal is required. It will resist abrasion and will be very difficult to break, making it ideal as a joint sealant in seamless situations. EVT SANITARY SILICONE EVT Sanitary HPS reacts with air moisture, remains permanently elastic, is non-aging, weatherproof and has fungicidal properties.

6 CEILINGS CEILING SYSTEMS HPS PVC ceilings provide a lightweight, simple hygienic solution for a variety of uses. A 10mm thick tongue and groove twinwall panel, with concealed fixings, provides a smooth, easy to clean, hygienic finish. CEILING PANELS Available in 4 Metre x 250mm x 10mm, these panels are fixed into a PVC perimeter trim, screwed into timber joists or batons. PVC J-SECTION A simple J-section, fitted around the perimeter of the room, allows easy fitting of the ceiling panels PVC H-SECTION Used for larger rooms, or for more economic use of panels, an H-section provides an easy, tight fitting joint and aesthetically pleasing finish. CEILING TILES HPS use Gyprex SATINSPAR smooth satin ceiling tiles; a vinyl faced, wipe clean tile ideal for use in hygienic and shower areas. High levels of light reflectance and resistance to staining. Gypsum core 100% recyclable. Available in white or black.
