Who will complete preliminary space planning? 3. Are architectural drawings required with an architects stamp? 4. How many plan pages will be required to get a permit? 5. How many plan pages will be required to build the project? 6. Are product submittals required? 7. Which municipality has jurisdiction for issuing the permit? 8. How much is the permit fee and how many inspections are required? Masking and dust control: 1. Are adjacent spaces occupied? Is there a demising wall to the structure? 2. Does the tenant space have exterior access? Direct, ramp, stairs or elevator? 3. Does the tenant space have interior access? Elevator, freight elevator, stairs or hallway? 4. Is negative air flow required during construction? 5. Is an infectious disease control plan required? 6. What existing finishes to remain need to be protected during construction? 7.
