10 R.C. SLAB ROOF Cut off the tree branches extending onto the R.C. slab roof of the building. Clear all accumulated leafs and other material from the roof, scrub all loose material until clean. Fill chipped off areas with approved Concrete mix to structural engineers approval. Hack and remove all eroded plaster, Providing 25mm thick protective cement and sand screed, laid to fall towards drains. OFFICE BLOCK ANALYSIS SHEET 01 08
11 R.C. SLAB ROOF Cut off the tree branches extending onto the R.C. slab roof of the building. Clear all accumulated leafs and other material from the roof, scrub all loose material until clean. Fill chipped off areas with approved Concrete mix to structural engineers approval. Hack and remove all eroded plaster, provide 15mm thick cement plaster and approved waterprofing to minimize deteroriation. OFFICE BLOCK ANALYSIS SHEET 02 09
12 INTERNAL WALLS The following is the scope of works to be carried out on walls: Hacking and removing all eroded plaster, provide 15mm thick cement plaster for external and 12mm thick cement plaster for internal, after that painting to approval. The plinth at the base of the building to be cleaned, filled with approved cement, plastered and painted to approval OFFICE BLOCK ANALYSIS SHEET 03 10
13 TOILETS Hack and remove all eroded plaster, clean and scrub off debri and fix 150mm x 150mm wall tile up to 1800mm height from floor finish. Install m ceramic tiles on the floor. Provide and fix all sanitary wares as indicated on drawings OFFICE BLOCK ANALYSIS SHEET 04 11
14 FLOORING Hack existing floor finish off. Clean and clear debri on the floor ready for floor tiles installation Fix ceramic floor tiles on the floor. OFFICE BLOCK ANALYSIS SHEET 05 12
15 DOORS & WINDOWS Demolish and remove all existing doors and windows while maintaining the size of the opening. Where the opening edges have chipped off or are eroded, fix with approoved material as per Structural Engineer's advice. Provide and fit Steel casement windows as per schedule.
