1 WORK PROGRAMME FORM QUARRY RESOURCE CONSENT Please submit this work programme for approval to the West Coast Regional Council, Tainui Street, P.O. Box 66, Greymouth. A site inspection may be required prior to approving this work programme. A copy of the approved work programme will be sent to you for your records by the Regional Council. A.
