Panels are sized differently to accommodate ease of use and function. Standard overall dimensional tolerances are plus-or-minus1/8-inch. B. Joints: Joints are formed with 5/32-inch white polypropylene welding rod. 1. Joints are water tight. 2. Exterior welds are shaved flush with construction material to create a uniform surface. C. Structure: The unit is constructed with the inner walls as the main support structure. Walls contain access ports to the utility areas, which are secured with 1/4-20 white polypropylene Philips head screws. Ports are flush with the surrounding walls with lipped construction to reduce the potential of leakage. External walls are removable and secured with 1/4-20 white polypropylene Philips head screws. 1. The lining is 1/8-inch virgin sheet stock material and overlays the polypropylene surface such that the interior dimensions are identical. The liner is heat-welded together to form a ridged structure, and fastened to the polypropylene by 1/4-20 flathead screws of like material. D.
