1 Yorkshire United Methodist Church Yorkshire United Methodist Church York, PA This project provided one exciting challenge after another. With a finite budget to adhere to, the original budget was maintained and was also able to give back savings at the end of the project. We worked within a compressed schedule of 60 days for design and installation and 75 days to gut the sanctuary. This included hazardous material floor & ceiling removal/modification. Each discipline and team member including the Audio, Video and Lighting and LED fixtures and Electrical teams were design/build. This included all portable modified for mobility church furniture and significant electrical usage savings through all LED lighting. Each delivered their portion of the worship space with exemplary coordination, cooperation, professional responsibility and integrity. The project was delivered ahead of schedule, under budget, and with exceptional quality. The goal was to re-open the sanctuary for Christmas The first service was held on December 18th.

2 Fawn United Methodist Church When a fire destroyed the Fawn United Methodist Church, rebuilding seemed a daunting task. The century old church, which once housed stained glass windows, a chiming bell tower and high ceiling rafters, was no more. As the Fawn United community began discussing the rebuild, it was a goal that the church s signature elements, namely its much loved stained glass design and original church bell which managed to survive the fire, be incorporated. We were chosen to serve as the construction manager upfront along with design team member Beers & Hoffman Architects on the rebuild. The team s task was to rebuild using new technology as well as the original elements of the church. Using traced pictures of the old windows original design elements will be recreated along with new stained glass pieces using structural laminated safety glass that is 99 percent UV protected and maintenance free. Using traditional hand-rolled art glass coupled with the technology of computerized cutting and structural sealants, the windows will have the same look as traditional stained glass. The final result will be a modern twist on traditional stained glass and a treasured bell that will remain for years to come in a Sanctuary beautifully reminiscent of the original with an open contemporary transition to the structure from the past that survived.

3 Aldersgate United Methodist Church Pastor Mark Webb Aldersgate United Methodist Church 1480 Jerusalem Road Mechanicsburg, PA A two story masonry wall bearing, wood "I" joist floor system was constructed and an open web truss roof structure. Interior finishes included a 2 stop elevator, drywall walls, acoustical ceilings and carpeted floors in the 14 class rooms. There were two handicap accessible toilet rooms on each level along with infant and toddler care rooms. A focal point in the classroom area is the small group chapel area with a vaulted ceiling and accent lighting. A corridor leads from the classroom addition to a large narthex with a two story vaulted ceiling. This area is also joined on one side by the main quarry tile and glass walled entrance foyer, and on the other side by multiple entrances in to the large 400 seat sanctuary. The rear area of the sanctuary has a raised floor sound and light control area, which views the carpeted sloping floor and an elevated stage. The most dramatic effect is in the clear span structural roof support and duct work enclosure system which nearly mirrors the sweeping slope and expanse of the carpeted sanctuary floor. A smaller addition included secretary, work room and pastor's offices with drywall walls and carpeted floors.
