ROOF CONSTRUCTION A. Klip-Lok AZ 200 metal sheeting or as per developer's choice. B. Trusses by approved supplier as per engineers design and specification. C. Barge / Facia boards: painted nu-tec boards or similar approved. 3. EXTERNAL WALL FINISHES A. External walls plastered and painted. B. Windows sills will be plastered and painted. 4. INTERNAL WALL FINISHES A. Internal walls plastered and painted. B. Kitchen walls tiled at oven side - between counter and underside of top wall cupboard - on back walls only above the hob (subway tile or white matt finish tile or as per developers choice and preferred range). C. Showers tiled to top of shower panel (2.2m or nearest).

Door handles with three lever mortice locks to all external front doors and as per developers choice and range. 11. PLUMBING A. Dishwasher and washing machine point where applicable. B. Solar geyser system as per developers 12. SANITARYWARE A. Basins Manufactured of acrylic material (white colour) or as per developer s B. The material specification will serve only as a guideline and the developer reserves the right to amend the specification at his sole discretion. Any deviation in specification will be of similar quality where possible.
