3 Note: a) Mode of maesurement : The work as fixed in place/position shall be measured in running metre correct to centimetre and their weight calculated on basis of standard tables to the nearest kg. Weight of cleats brackets, packing pieces, bolts nuts washer, gusstes, fish plate etc shall be added to the wieght. b) Rate shall include the cost of labour and materials invloved in all the operations described above including fixing in concrete /masonry surfaces, making good to original condition and painting as mentioned in the items. c)make: Structrual steel sections, plate & Box section-tata 2 Poly carbonate sheeting system consisting of Sqm ### ### providing, fabricating & fixing of 16 mm thick. X 900 mm width multicell (not exceeding cell size of 4mm x 4mm) polycarbonate panels of Reflective Grey shade, fixed with PC connector with double tooth locking mechanism and SS Fasteners with self drilling screws and required EPDM gaskets for making skylight over M.S. frame structure including Hip Capping at Ridge, Apex Capping at top with 0.5 mm thk Colour coated G.I. flashing fixing with selfdrilling and stitching screw with EPDM washers (Corroshield or Hilti Make) and aluminuim UPD gutter including providing aluminium rain water gutter as per detailed drawing,and manufacturer' specification complete all as directed by Engineer-inc-chare. 4 Note: a) Before commencement of of work Sample to be got approved large scale procurement shall be made after approval of IITB. b) Rate shall include the cost of labour and materials wastage etc invloved in all the operations described above including fixing making good to original condition as detailed in the items. shall inclusive of laps/fittings/ connectors and other materials required for fixing in poistion c) Mode of measurement : Finished external surface area measured in sqare meter and Sqm Providing & fixing in positions fly proof wire gauze net panels to courtyard eves panels fabricated with M.S. Flat 40x3 mm on both sides (top and bottom) and nuts & bolts and Stainless steel (grade 304) wire gauze of 0.5 mm dia wire and1.4 mm aperture on both sidesnet panels in courtyard at eves level. The S.S net panels made with frame work should be fixed to the M.S.
