10 Key Decisions Regarding Implementation Disbursement under the project is now up to par. About 40 percent of the proceeds have been paid and disbursement is expected to reach 47 percent by June Recent award of civil works contracts will allow this trend to last. The quality of civil works is satisfactory. The MoTC and the ARS (in charge of implementation) need to make sure that the supervision firms and the contractors for the sections 1C and 2 of M3 Alat-Masalli and R6 Tagiyev - Sahil road (Baku bypass) are performing. At present, the contractors for M3 does not deploy fast enough and the contractor for R6 is behind schedule by about half a year. Restructuring History There has been no restructuring to date.
