Anne Arundel County Public Schools On-going architectural and engineering support encompassing work at more than 16 schools during two decades of service. Our work has included HVAC and mechanical systems upgrades; boiler replacements; automatic temperature control systems; renovations of plumbing and electrical systems; roof replacements; design of public address systems; and scoping and budgeting for future projects. Baltimore City Public Schools On-call architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical design work for more than 30 schools. Our tasks included design of Pre-K classrooms; conversion of open plan classrooms; design of a new teaching kitchen and dining room; renovations to science and technology classrooms; parking lots, bus loops, playgrounds, and site improvements; roof replacements; door and window replacements; structural inspections; building assessments; and feasibility studies. Baltimore County Public Schools Architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, civil engineering, and construction inspection services, including renovations to Pine Grove Middle School, as well as Timonium, Grange, and Baltimore Highlands Elementary schools. Our renovation and expansion of Milford Mill Academy earned recognition from Engineering News-Record as a Best of the Best Regional Project. Gannett Fleming also provided construction management services for the new Mays Chapel Elementary, Relay Elementary, and Westowne Elementary schools. Cecil County Public Schools Architectural design and construction administration services for renovations to North East High School. Our work included door and window replacements for the 275,000-square-foot facility, along with masonry cleaning and the replacement of stair towers with standing seam metal roofing.

5 REPRESENTATIVE K-12 CLIENTS Above: Cumberland Valley School District The Hill School Pottstown, Pa. Structural engineering services for multiple schools, including evaluations of the framing in the high school gym, tunnels at Good Hope Elementary, settlement issues at Green Ridge Elementary, and a wireless communications tower at Eagle View Middle School. We also provided construction management and commissioning services for a 5,148-panel photovoltaic solar array generating 1.2 MW of electricity for the school district. District of Columbia Public Schools On-call contract to provide architectural and engineering services, including assessments of 25 school facilities by three multi-disciplinary teams to determine if buildings should be renovated or closed. We also designed roof replacements for six schools and provided design and construction administration services for modular classrooms at six elementary schools. Frederick County Public Schools (Maryland) On-call architectural and engineering services to provide responsive service for a variety of projects. Our work included the design of a new elevator for Middletown Elementary School to bring the building into compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. We also conducted a temperature control system investigation at Governor Thomas Johnson High School. Frederick County Public Schools (Virginia) Architectural, engineering, and construction-phase services for a new, state-of-the-art maintenance facility that accommodates and maintains 210 division-owned school buses and 140 support vehicles. The facilities include a maintenance building with six bus maintenance bays and six small vehicle maintenance bays.

Energy study followed by mechanical, electrical, and structural engineering services to upgrade three major areas of the school campus, including the steam heating distribution system, the central chilled water cooling plant, and the library s HVAC system. Conducted project-phase commissioning services for a new 26,000-square-foot private school to promote optimalefficiency performance of the facility s systems. Our services included a design intent review, value engineering, construction-phase commissioning, staff training, and system documentation. The project achieved LEED certification in the Top right: Waterloo Elementary School Columbia, Md. Bottom right: The Londonderry School Harrisburg, Pa. Howard County Public Schools Architectural, engineering, and construction administration services for renovations and additions to Waterloo Elementary, Clarksville Middle, Clarksville Elementary, and Guilford Elementary schools under an on-call agreement with the school system. New Construction 2.1 category. Monmouth County Vocational School District On-going architectural and engineering design work for seven district buildings, including roof replacements, building envelope improvements, masonry repairs, HVAC upgrades, finish/interior upgrades, a new parking lot, facility assessments, feasibility studies, and programming. Our team worked with the district to identify and prioritize repairs required to upgrade its facilities to current building codes and standards.

New York City School Construction Authority Architectural, engineering, and construction administration services for the renovation and expansion of school facilities throughout the New York City area. More than 26 task assignments included renovations to science laboratories and classrooms; exterior renovations and façade repairs; roof replacements; boiler replacements; mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades; site improvements; flood mitigation studies; structural upgrades; and public address systems. Prince George s County Public Schools Engineering services for the replacement of mechanical systems at two county schools. Isaac J. Gourdine Middle School is receiving a systemic chiller/pumps/cooling tower replacement, and Frederick Douglass High School is slated for systemic rooftop unit replacements. Our prior work included air-conditioning and associated electrical upgrades at seven county schools. School District of Philadelphia Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering services provided on an asneeded basis at various schools within the School District of Philadelphia. Our work at Furness High School included the design of four 200-horsepower boilers, a new boiler feed system, and steam and condensate piping. Our team also investigated and resolved a water discoloration issue at West Philadelphia High School by replacing corroded portions of the domestic cold water piping. The School Board of Clarke County Construction management services for the new 1,000 student, 162,000-square-foot Clarke County High School in Berryville, Virginia. As part of the pre-construction phase, our firm assisted the school board with evaluating four potential sites for the location of its new high school.
