2 Arbor Heights Elementary School Elementary School Site: Canopy column footings are being backfilled at the south side of North Building. Asphalt demolition and grading for landscaping and playfield is underway at the west side of the site. South Building: Exterior sheathing is ongoing at floor 1. Light-gauge metal framing continues at the exterior and interior walls at floors 2 and 3. Roofing installation is ongoing. Mechanical, plumbing, fire-sprinkler and electrical rough-in are ongoing at floors 1 and 2. North Building: Structural steel welding is ongoing. Roof joists installation is on-going. Arbor: Structural Glu-Lam columns/beams are getting erected.

ES: Pouring concrete slab on grade; re-installed 2nd and 3rd murals at permanent locations; concrete footings complete. MS: Pouring concrete footings and concrete stem walls. SPU Licton Springs Flood Reduction Project: Successfully completed neighborhood streets are no longer flooding during 25 year storm events.

Area 3: Interior framing ongoing; installation of sound insulation at level 1 ongoing; CMU veneer installation ongoing; installation of flashings in window openings on going; installation of GWB on going; performing prep work at covered play area for exterior painting; MEP is ongoing. Area 4: Forming stairs at loading dock; exterior painting prep work for exposed roof at loading dock; Installation of sprinkler system is ongoing; MEP is ongoing.

35 Hazel Wolf K-8 at Pinehurst Site: Deep sewer install continues, backfill around foundations, general clean up. Erosion measures in place and functioning properly. Building A: Area (A1) Roofing ongoing membrane installed. Electrical equipment /conduit install continues. Area (A2) metal stud framing continues on all three floors. Drywall and exterior sheeting continue. Mechanical ducting, electrical equipment /conduit and plumbing install continues. (A3) Structural steel nearly completed. final stem wall waterproofing ongoing and under slab utilities completed. Slab area prepared for concrete. Building B: Floor slab concrete pour pending good weather. Structural steel for the outside play area completed. Roofing to start. Building C: Concrete slab continues to be covered and protected. Metal roof decking installation completed. Roof Insulation and roofing material to continue next week weather permitting.

Building B: Continued edge form for slab-on-deck. Continued erecting structural steel in both library and two story academic wing. Continued placing decking in first story of two story wing. Building C: Continued interior framing on classrooms. Continued installing interior hollow metal window frames in hallway for classrooms. Began installing gypsum wall board (GWB) above hallway ceiling. Continued installing HVAC ductwork and above ceiling plumbing and electrical. Continued with plumbing and electrical rough-in in classroom walls. Building D: Continued excavation of footings for Covered Play Area.
