9 Resilience and elasticity over the long term. Moss and the forest floor naturally embody resilience and elasticity and are pleasant to walk on. This naturally intelligent flooring design gives outstanding spring characteristics that protects joints and provides a soft landing to guard against falls. We produce components for sports facility floors and surfaces that offer fall protection with this same goal in mind. They promote high performance while ensuring safety.

11 Product Range Polyurethane diversity: Our Product Range Elastic floors for sports and leisure Stobielast We develop and produce binders, spray coatings (both also available in UV resistant versions), coatings and adhesives for athletic tracks, multi-use games areas, synthetic turf pitches, indoor sports halls and children s playgrounds. In addition, we supply complete, certified flooring systems for athletic facilities. Naturally our products and systems meet both national and international requirements and standards. Casting resins and potting compounds Stobicast For the electrical industry we provide two-component potting compounds for manufacturing electrical parts, such as capacitors, transformers and transducers, amongst others. The products meet all relevant international norms and standards. Low temperature flexible systems for outdoor applications, hydrophobic resins for the cable industry and telecommunications and transparent casting resins for lighting technology complete the product range in this area. Duromers and elastomers for making moulded parts are available for a wide variety of technical applications. Adhesives and sealants Stobicoll Today s industrial products would be impossible without adhesives. We provide a wide variety of adhesives for diverse applications in industrial production. We develop customized solutions and offer a full range of products from flame and chemical retardant to light fast products as well as products suitable for food contact. Tough elastic, decorative surfaces Stobicoat Our polyurea sprayable elastomers feature high chemical resistance and outstanding physical characteristics. This allows our formulations to be used for roof coatings and also as sealants for a wide variety of applications. Prepolymers (also in light fast versions) for many types of construction materials as well as coating compounds are used in walkways, terraces and other decorative surfaces.

13 Flowing forms. Viscous material is flexible and flows to fit into specific forms and spaces effortlessly. This intelligent process can be seen in nature: for example, to repair damage to tree trunks. When the bark of a tree is damaged, tree resin flows out in order to close the gap and protect the tree. We also make material that is both flexible and resilient allowing you to achieve the perfect form and durability for your products.

In principle, we work according to the zero error strategy, for which we have established a network of preventative measures. We monitor our production and supply chains rigorously by applying SAP/R3 in all processes. In this way we can check delivery status at any time or trace individual batches. In addition to certifying all of our procedures according to DIN EN ISO 9001, we have also had many of our products and systems checked and certified by their respective technical institutes. For example, our Stobicast systems meet the requirements for the international standards UL 94 V-0, UL-RTI, VDE, RoHS, etc. Our indoor sports hall systems fulfil the requirements of DIN, EN and IHF standards. Our athletic track systems meet the corresponding DIN, EN and IAAF requirements as well as other national standards and are checked and certified accordingly.

Our production operates without water and is energy conscious, so it conserves resources. For quite some time already we have integrated renewable raw materials into our production processes and our end products are continually subject to environmental impact testing. Of course we are working within the EU REACH guidelines. In short, we are well prepared for the future in terms of environmental safety.
