1 Kastenmeier Federal Courthouse Dakota is proud to have recently been awarded a $1.7M interior renovation project of the Kastenmeier Federal Courthouse located in Madison, WI. The project was awarded under Dakota's existing General Services Administration (GSA) contract. Dakota's excellent work performance for numerous other GSA-administered facilities located across Wisconsin, Illinois, and Indiana, was a contributing factor for the award. Rick Trojan will be the Project Manager. Milwaukee Courthouse Renovation Through the open bid process, Dakota also successfully completed a 2012 Milwaukee Courthouse Renovation for the GSA that included asbestos removal and interior demolition and renovation. Our crew is proud of our capability to be able to work on this historically registered landmark of Milwaukee that is well over one hundred year old.

2 Century City Project Dakota was again in the front cover news in the Nov. 10th, 2012 issue of the Western Builder for its work at the historical multimillion dollar Century City project. As a subcontractor to CW Purpero, Dakota properly removed and disposed contaminated soil and concrete at the Century City redevelopment site in Milwaukee. Dakota has been pleased to perform continuing work at the property for more than ten years, including numerous tank removals, large scale concrete slab removal, building demolition, soil remediation, bioremediation, asbestos abatement, and utility work. Elementis All of the old vertical tanks are removed by Dakota and it is on its way to become one of the best managed properties. Elementis contracted Dakota for an emergency above ground storage removal. Dakota's Bob Borkenhagen (former Veolia Regional Manager/Environmental Emergency Services) immediately mobilized to the site to properly clean, remove, and dispose of three bulk oil containers. Dakota's prompt and professional response won us additional tank work at the site. Bob Borkenhagen is considered to be one of the most experienced environmental responders in the country, and we are pleased to have him on board. Dakota was called in for an additional above ground chemical storage removal by Elementis on the last days of year 2012 to the client satisfaction.

3 Milwaukee County (IDIQ Contract) Tom Marach directing crew to remove top soil at the site. Dakota provides construction and general contracting services to Milwaukee County under an IDIQ contract. Dakota has successfully completed a wide variety of interesting and exciting services, including Zoo Pavilion construction, retaining wall installation, Bear Cage repair, maintenance shop renovations, rain garden and permeable pavement installations, light rail yard shop masonry renovation work, window replacement work, energy conservation projects including light tubes in the ceiling, to name a few. Chicago GSA Rick works with HVAC subcontractor for the federal Metcalfe building in downtown Chicago. Dakota is in its fifth year of delivering excellent services to the Chicago GSA for Federal facility renovations. Our service locations have been expanded to include the Federal Courthouse in Rockford, IL, and the Federal Courthouse in Madison, WI. Dakota is one of only three survivors of the initial six awardees of the five year GSA Chicagoland IDIQ project.

4 FS IDIQ project Masonry crew finishing the staircase brick veneer work at the top of the Forest Lab building Nov Dakota is on its way to deliver its 5th task order through our FS IDIQ project at Madison. This task order includes replacing the outside masonry façade of the two staircases and renovating the interior of the staircase to this historical building. The project is a very challenging one and we have reached close to 90% completion by the end of year Our project manager, Rick Trojan, is also managing our Madison Courthouse renovation project in year The scaffolding of the Forest Service staircase veneer brick work where safety is No. 1.

5 Career Changes After working for Dakota for nearly 11 years, Todd Ormiston, COO of Dakota, is now pursuing other career opportunity. Mike Johnson is now working in Todd's position to provide new vigor and energy to Dakota. Mike Johnson has an engineering degree from MSOE and has had a successful career in construction and real estate development industry for over 25 years. Field Operations Division Building Dakota completed its 4,000 square feet Field Operations Division Building toward the end of year Tom Marach seasoned surveyor, heavy equipment operator and a WDNR certified landfill operations manager, will be in charge of making this division an efficient and well organized operation to provide more safety and support to our field work. More Bidding in Year 2013 Based on our excellent past performances of the last 19 years of our federal facility engineering and construction work, Dakota has sent out proposals to Army, GSA, Navy and many other smaller entities at the first two weeks of year 2013 for over $13m of bids and over $15m IDIQ work Congratulations to our efficient and hardworking proposal team led by our feisty and talented marketing director, Mindy Grittner. Majority of federal and governmental work is based on past performance, staff capabilities and bonding capabilities. Dakota is on its way to become one of the leading companies in this field.
