7 Moduline noise control enclosure systems shield people from loud equipment and processes and also create quiet zones within noisy environments.

8 The IAC Moduline system effectively blocks noise by STC 40 to as high as STC 70. Noise from equipment within the enclosure cannot escape. Noise on the outside of the enclosure cannot enter. Performance rated panels, floors, vibration isolation systems, doors, windows and ventilation systems all are required to maintain the acoustic integrity of the enclosure. Panels with both sound blocking and sound absorbing capability create an effective noise control enclosure. The enclosure needs to be air-tight. Even small holes will compromise performance. Modular design with acoustic details for simple and reliable installation.

9 STC-40 Sound Barrier NRC 1.05 STC- 40 Sound Absorber NRC 1.05 Absorption in combination with a reduction in transmission work together to minimize reflected and transmitted noise. Solid steel outer skin blocks air-borne sound. An inner surface with a perforated steel facing in front of sound absorptive insulation reduces reverberant build-up. Panels with both sound blocking and sound absorbing capability create an effective noise control enclosure. The enclosure needs to be air-tight. Even small holes will compromise performance. 1% opening will reduce the effectiveness by 10%.

13 Moduline Joiners & Connectors Roll formed H joiner, single piece, no acoustic leaks. Acoustic insulation provided to fill voids in joints. Loading table included in Moduline Application Manual Moduline accommodates 4 x 4 tube steel posts for beams. Maximum panel length = 12 ft.

14 Moduline enclosures are compatible with high performance Noise-Lock sound rated doors. STC-51 to 55. Higher and lower performances are available. Doors integrate into panel joiner system. Noise-Lock windows and window panels are also available.
