14 High School Pool Study Assumptions Assumptions EUA reviewed the space for building code compliance, conditions of finishes, views & sight lines. Ramaker reviewed the space for VGBA and State of WI Pool Code requirements as well as adequacy of pool equipment, associated mechanical systems and pool basin District desires to to expand the pool from a 6-lane to 8-lane competitive pool with a diving well Replacement of finishes most likely are not readily replaceable due to the age of materials

21 High School Pool Renovate-in-Place Phase 1 Refresh PHASE 1 of the study (Nov 27, 2017): Current state: Existing pool is a 6-lane 75-ft competition pool constructed in Pool depth ranges from 3-6 to 10-0 HS building addition enclosed the pool on 4 sides in Raymaker & Associates completed facility study and provided cost estimate for capital maintenance & renovate in place. $865,000 - Repairs & improvements to vessel, equipment, deck & HVAC system $215,000 - Natatorium & locker room maintenance $1.4 million - Accessibility and locker room expansion (includes $215,000 of maintenance scope) Potential Future Phase: Study New Construction of a Natatorium

24 SUMMARY OF FINDINGS: Morrisonville Elementary ($300,000) Accessibility and security needs Mechanical system beyond useful life; other building systems need additional maintenance Yahara Elementary ($2,950,000) Internal and external maintenance needs Opportunity to modernize current educational spaces to better meet the needs of future ready learners DeForest Area Middle School ($7,800,000) Building system equipment needs and some accessibility upgrades 7/8 wing is original and could use some aesthetic upgrades to refresh the spaces
