Current Coating Development Projects U.S. Air Force: Friction reducing wear coating for C-130 aircraft skids for Arctic region operation U.S. Navy: Life extension of above waterline radar installations through PTS field applied coating repairs U.S. Dept. of Homeland Security: Energy absorbing foam for blast protection of infrastructure U.S. Army Research Laboratory: CARC compliant powder coating qualified to MIL- PRF Engineered Polymeric Systems

What is Polymer Thermal Spray? Feedstock Material Melting/Softening + Acceleration Splatting Coating Curing (Optional) Powder Electrical Heat Source Splats or + Gas Stream Substrate Coating Curing Engineered Polymeric Systems The deposition of semi-molten polymer particles onto a pre-heated surface whereby process heat causes the particles to flow and coalesce into a complete cohesive polymer coating. Chemical Heat Source Particle Acceleration in a Gas Stream Splats unit building blocks of thermally sprayed coatings Polymer rheology Degree of melting Impact velocity Define Coating Formation Process Engineered Polymeric Systems

Authorized Dealer Opportunity Dealer Equipment Package PTS-30 High output Polymer Thermal Spray System 25 or 50 Ib powder hopper 10 ft standard length propane hose Water and oil trap filter unit on stand 25 ft ½ " diameter air feed hose Infrared Thermometer Moisture Meter Pool and Spa Finishing Systems

ResoCoat TM Surface Preparation Pool Finishes ResoCoat Concrete Coating System Application Process (Pool was drained, cleaned, and allowed to dry overnight) Mask tile, coping, and front edge of deck with heat resistant tape and foil ResoBond: 900 Bonding Agent Mix ResoBond 900 and apply to substrate. Do not apply more than can be covered with ResoCoat 301 at any one time. ResoCoat: 301 Pool Finish Begin PTS application of ResoCoat 301 Pool Finish onto cured ResoBond 900. Curing time of ResoBond 900 may vary depending on atmospheric conditions. ResoBond 301 may be applied when moisture level is at 15% or less on the supplied moisture meter. Complete the ResoCoat 301 Application to coat walls and floor ResoCoat: 400 SureStep Provides traction on horizontal surfaces. Mix with ResoCoat 301 to create anti-slip texture Pool and Spa Finishing Systems

ResoCoat TM Pool Finishes ResoCoat Fiberglass and Steel Coating System Application Process (Pool was drained, cleaned, and allowed to dry overnight) Surface Preparation Mask tile, coping, and front edge of deck with heat resistant tape and foil ResoBond 805: Bonding Agent Mix ResoBond 805 and apply to substrate. ResoCoat 301 may be applied when ResoBond 805 is tacky to the touch, but no residue is observed. Based upon atmospheric conditions, (rain, wind, etc) if ResoCoat301 is not applied while ResoBond805 is tacky, re-energize the ResoBond with a 2 mil application before applying the ResoCoat 301. Allow curing time as described above before proceeding.. This can be tested on a small area. ResoCoat 301: Pool Finish Begin PTS application of ResoCoat 301 Pool Finish onto cured ResoBond 805. Complete the ResoCoat 301 Application to coat walls and floor. ResoCoat: 400 SureStep Provides traction on horizontal surfaces. Mix with ResoCoat 301 to create anti-slip texture.
