2 Westside Purple Line Extension (WPLE) Section 1 Project Purple Line Project Alignment The WPLE corridor traverses portions of three jurisdictions, the Cities of Los Angeles and Beverly Hills as well as unincorporated Los Angeles County. The full nine-mile extension will be built in three construction phases.

3 Westside Purple Line Extension Section 1 Project (Wilshire/Western to Wilshire/La Cienega) Project Description The WPLE Section 1 Project is 3.92 miles (Wilshire/Western to Wilshire/La Cienega) Extension of Purple Line from existing Wilshire/Western station Scope of work includes Twin-bored tunnels and 3 new subway stations: Wilshire/La Brea Wilshire/Fairfax Wilshire/La Cienega Division 20 Yard Modifications FFGA Budget: $2.82 Billion Revenue Service Date: Forecast November 8, 2023 FFGA October 31, 2024
