2 Alisply M-Handset Koontz Lake WWTP in Indiana, United States Recoverable formwork system for concrete walls, designed to be handled without using a crane (weight 30 kg/m 2 ). Alisply Manual is made up of a 4 5/16 (11 cm) thick frame reinforced with zinc plated steel and a 1/2 (12 mm) thick phenolic plywood lining. The variety of modules and accessories, the surface of the phenolic plywood, its light weight and the fast clipping mechanism make the system manageable and quick to assemble, giving it a good finishing appearance as well. Manual Quick Versatile and resistant The Alisply Manual system is really lightweight, and is therefore ideal for projects that do not contemplate using a crane. Nevertheless, thanks to the wide range of system accessories, large screens can be mounted, using a crane for handling and positioning. The Alisply Manual system and its accessories are designed for a fast and easy assembly. The 4 5/16 (11 cm) frame support makes it easier to assemble and align the panels. The Alisply Manual Clip makes joins possible anywhere on the frame, and aligns the panels as well. Due to the great variety of modules and accessories, any kind of wall can be erected with panels 15/20/30/40/.../75 and 90 cm wide and also allow for polygonal walls. The system withstands a pressure of 1253 psf (60 kn/m 2 ), in compliance with the DIN standard, except the 3 (90 cm) wide panel that withstands a pressure of 1044 psf (50 kn/m 2 ).

They all share the same feature, which allows all the panels to be combined horizontally and vertically, providing that the bars passing through the wall coincide. This standard module set is made up of 2 heights and 9 widths. The table lists the system s different measurements. 4 Alisply Manual Clamp The Alisply Manual Clamp joins, aligns and strengthens the panels in one single operation, without the need for tools. It is not necessary that the clips coincide with the position of the ribs since a pressure regulator is provided. Economic clamp The Alisply Manual Economic Clamp is designed to join panels and make the cost cheaper. Just like the Alisply Manual Clip and the Extendible Clip, the Economic Clip can be positioned anywhere on the frame. Extendible clamp The Extendible Clip is designed for positioning panels when there is need for supplements. It allows for a complement of 20 cm wide. Like the Alisply Manual Clip, it can be placed anywhere on the frame. Crane hook min 60º Element for moving wall screens. Quick and easy to position manually, and it has a built-in safety device so that it cannot be opened. For safety reasons, it s necessary to use two hooks when moving any material.

5 Alsina Systems - Alisply Wall Solutions Wall corners Due to Alisply Manual modules diversity, it is easy to solve the corners on the most common type of walls. The Outside Corner Angle is used to join together two standard panels of the appropriate width, according to the wall thickness. This type of solution makes the most of the material, because it limits the number of specific parts. The different inner corner measurements provide an easy solution for matching perpendicular walls. Wall caps with strengthening element and wood The caps can be made using several systems according to the requirements and particular features of each project. Thanks to the cap with the strengthening element and wood, it is possible to adjust the side closure of the wall in any size. The cap and wood accessory adapts to all geometries. Wall caps with outer angle Top view The caps can be made using several systems according to the requirements and particular features of each project. The cap with outer angle and the Alisply Manual panel is used when the width of the of the wall coincides with the smallest panel measurements: 5 7/8 (15 cm), 7 7/8 (20 cm), 11 13/16 (30 cm) and the 1 15/16 (5 cm) supplements can be used to adjust this size. 6 Work bracket Essential element for operator safety when concreting the wall. Thanks to its design, with the rotary head, it can be placed in either the vertical or horizontal panel position. Aligners The Alisply M-Handset System is provided with Aligners that are used to stabilize and plumb the wall panels. Designed without a thread at the top to prevent the build-up of concrete, it is provided with a coupling and base plate that are easily to dismantle. Retractable corner The Alisply M-Handset System has a retractable corner with a design that facilitates removing corner formwork. Once the wall formwork is arranged, a rotary mechanism is used to force a corner angle smaller than 90º (approximately 85º). This way it is easier to remove the corner formwork without using a crane, by avoiding unnecessary levering that damages the product.

7 Alsina Systems - Alisply Wall Solutions Articulated corners The Articulated Corner Accessory makes it easy to solve corners on walls that do not have straight angles. It makes it easier to join two standard panels that are of an appropriate width, according to the wall thickness. This type of solution makes the most of the material, because it limits the number of specific parts. Its use is more clearly understood when solving corners with angles smaller or greater than 90º. Panels The Alisply Manual Panel has been designed so that the position of the tie rod allows the panel to be hinged, therefore it can be used both vertically and horizontally /16 (0.90 m) /16 (2.70 m) Finishing The Alisply Manual System is manufactured with a zinc plated steel structure to protect it from corrosion. The formwork surface is phenolic plywood board, protected with a piece of melanin that provides a visible concrete finish.
