3 Primary Members They are the main load carrying and support members of PEB. The shape and size vary based on application and requirements. It includes Rigid frame, Rafters, Columns, Canopies etc. Rafters and columns are manufactured from high strength steel plates which make the structure light and economical. Rafters come in a wide range of flexible sizes, are supremely cost effective and offer cutting edge quality. Rigid Frame is composed of two columns and two sloped rafters which support the roof of the building. This is the form upon which sheeting is placed to form a building. 4 Secondary Members Purlins, girts and eave struts are secondary structural members used to support the wall and roof panels. Purlins are used on the roof, girts are used on the walls and eave struts are used at the intersection of the sidewall and the roof. Secondary members have two other functions: Act as struts that help in resisting part of the longitudinal loads that are applied on the building such as wind and earthquake loads. Provide lateral bracing to the compression flanges of the main frame members thereby increasing frame capacity. Purlins, girts and eave struts are available in high grade steel conforming to ASTM A 607 Grade 50 or equivalent, available in 1.5 mm to 3.0 mm thickness & depth range are available from 150 mm to 300 mm. Our Z and C section are available in painted and glavanized of 275 gsm. Buildings with EOT Cranes ATS Pre-Engineered Buildings can be designed to accept most types of crane systems such as EOT, Monorail & Under-Slung cranes etc. in all general type of buildings. When a crane system is to be integrated, ATS scope is limited to brackets and crane runway beams which support the crane system, that is essentially required to design and estimate building with cranes

5 Roofing & Cladding We specialize in the manufacture, supply and exporting of industrial and domestic roofing and cladding. We make a variety of roofing and wall cladding to suit every individual client s needs and demands. They are made with premium quality raw materials so as to match international standards. They are the latest low cost, low maintenance, high durability and flexible solutions to the modern architecture. They come in different finished, shapes and styles without compromising on aesthetics, durability, toughness and strength. They are extremely easy to install and dismantle as well. Technical Specification Galvalume steel is a Zinc aluminum Coated steel offering high resistance with a clear resin coating. The alloy coating comprises of 55% Aluminium, 43.5% Zinc and Silicon 1.5%. This coating offers a superior barrier protection against varried atmospheric conditions. The Coating Class AZ150 as per AS:1397/ASTM A-792 it means 150gsm. Minimum coating mass total of both sides. Galvalume sheets are available in 550 mpa yield strength. Hi-Rib Profile ATS Hi-Rib sheeting is a modern, attractive, versatile roof or wall cladding manufactured from Hi Tensile steel material, enhancing its performance under both Point Load and Distributed Load. It is fastened with mechanically galvanized hex head self drilling screws with washer & EPDM Seal. It is also available in crimped curved shape to give a building unique aesthetic look. Standing Seam Profile ATS seam belongs to the family of standing seam roofing system where the roof sheets are fixed to the structure without punching the sheets with the help of specially designed seam clips. The clips used in the system have movable features allows the panel to expand or contract with temperature & also resisting the wind uplift forces. The special clip seaming technique ensures leaks free roofs for many years. Standing Seam galvalume sheets are available in 345 mpa yield strength

6 Decking Profile It is used as a composite fl oor system and easy to install, which makes it a preferred choice. It gives immediate access to a working platform and requires no stripping after concrete curving. It has negligible propping compared to shippable frame supports. Advantages 1) CRCA / GI for composite slab construction that cuts down on slab thickness and dead weight of buildings. 2) No separate frame work required for slab casting. 3) Reduces construction time and thus is cost effective. 4) The embossments on top & sides of the ribs provide added grip ad minimise slip by creating a bond with concrete as done with normal reinforcement. Mezzanine Intermediate mezzanine floors are possible in metal buildings. Mezzanine floors can be provided in complete or partial area in Pre-Engineered Buildings to suit loading requirements for office and storage. Mezzanine floor consists of steel decks, supported by joists framed to the mezzanine beams. Mezzanine main beams normally runs across the width of the building and are located under the main rafters while joists run parallel to the length of the building, the top flange of the joist fit perfectly below the top flange of the mezzanine beam. The economy of the mezzanine floor is affected by the applied load and support column spacings. Multi-level equipment platforms, catwalks, staircases etc. can accommodated, if complete data is available

9 Accessories Insulation Turbo Ventilators These are velocity driven and the centrifugal force generated creates a low pressure area. Which drawn out stale, damp and hot air through these ventilators, and the fresh air is automatically replaced. It is wind driven, save on energy and virtually maintenance free. Ridge Ventilators It is a type of vent installed at the peak of a sloped roof which allowed warm, humid air to escape a buildings attic. Glasswool It is an insulating material made from fibres of glass arranged using a binder into a texture similar to wool. The process traps many small pockets of air between the glass, and these small air pockets result in the thermal insulation properties. Puf Panel (Polyurethane Foam) Puf Panel Systems are specifically designed to cater all kinds of Cold Storage. The high performance and quality offered by these systems ensures extra strength, better overlap, weather tightness, corrosion resistance. Roof Monitor A monitor in architecture is a raised structure running along the ridge of a double-pitched Air Bubble Insulation This insulation as an effective blocking material to stop the heat penetration from outer environment to your industrial premises, it keeps the inner atmosphere at stable temperature. Such thermal resistant bubble insulation material is actually single or multi layer polyethylene air bubbles film coated with aluminum foil or fibers from single or both of the roof, with its own roof running parallel with the main roof side

10 Canopies It is basically used as a cover at the entrance a building, loading and unloading passage, block sunlight & rains. The canopies can extend along the full or partial length of the walls of the building. Skylight Sheets It is used for natural light to supply interior of the building from the roof. It comes with Polycarbonate and FRP. Wall Light Sheets Louvers It used to maintain a regular flow of fresh & natural air in the industrial & storage areas. They, in combination with turbo ventilators, help in reducing the build-up of dust, vapour and heat inside the building. Nut & Bolts / Anchor Bolts It provided by us are self drilling, Self Trapping Screws & Fasteners, which are coated with a combination of Tin-Zinc Coating which is mechanically deposited. This coating prevents the accumulation and formation of impurities, Moisture, Rust and Electrical Current, on and around the steel/metal surface. Anchor Bolts set in concrete, used to anchor structure member to concrete foundation. Metal Downtake Pipe Downtake Pipes package has been designed to make installation very easy for gutter height. Its made out of color coated galvalume material having yield strength of 550 mpa. Flashing & Trims It create an air of artistic harmony and splendor to the pre engineered building structure.
