1 FRP Manufacturing (2010) Inc. builds quality fiberglass products. We manufacture a wide range of custom storage tanks as well as a variety of standard model above-and-below ground tanks with capacities ranging from 150 Imperial Gallons to 34,000 Imperial Gallons. We have the capability of manufacturing products ranging in diameter from 2 through 20. In addition to standard tank models in various diameters, FRP Manufacturing (2010) Inc. also builds products with custom designs/shapes. Our tanks are designed by engineers with decades of experience in the fiberglass industry, and we are proud to have several thousand tanks in field. All of our tanks are made with pure resin and fiberglass matrixes. Our tank construction follows a true corrosion guideline and we do not add colorants or fillers to our laminate structure. All of our wastewater tanks are CSA approved and our potable water tanks are NSF/ANSI 61 approved. We fabricate our tanks using only CSA and NSF/ANSI approved materials throughout the entire construction process to ensure quality. In addition to meeting CSA and NSF/ANSI standards, FRP Manufacturing (2010) Inc. can design and manufacture custom tanks to any required specification including ASME RTP-1, ASTM D4097, and CGSB standards. The materials chosen for the tank fabrication (resin, fiberglass reinforcements, etc.) will be compatible with the product to be stored within the storage tank. This will ensure the expected performance and service life of the tank. Tank designs and drawings can be stamped by Professional Engineer (P.Eng.). FRP Manufacturing (2010) Inc. always advises installers on proper installation practices, and provides comprehensive instructions that clearly outline approved backfill options and installation methods.
