The total price for each Bid Schedule stated in this Proposal for all Bid Items is based on the estimated quantities indicated in the Plans and Specifications, and shall include all items necessary to complete the Work. DESCRIPTION 7 Furnish and install geotextile with a minimum weight of 12 ounces per square yard along the side slopes and bottom of Pond No. 1/2, and all 8 Excavate and compact liner anchor trench around Pond No. 1/2, and all 9 Furnish and install liner appurtenances including, but not limited to, safety ropes and posts, sand bags, air-gas vents, sand-filled ballast tube and posts, pipe penetration boots and clamps, and all 10 Construct reinforced concrete dewatering sump, fiberglass grating, liner anchorage, and all 11 Furnish and install solar aerator/circulator (SAC) unit tethering system. 12 Construct level monitoring system, including tapping sleeve and pipe tap, 8-inch PVC piping, 8-inch gate valve, pipe fittings, ultrasonic level transmitter, electrical conduit and conductors, RTU stanchion, chain link fencing, appurtenances, and all UNIT OF MEASURE EST. DESCRIPTION 13 Construct modifications to existing pond outlet structure, including fiberglass grating replacement, batten strip and anchorage replacement, and all 14 Furnish and install liner anchorage to existing inlet structures, including batten strips, gaskets, anchor bolts, sealant, and all 15 Furnish and install liner anchorage to existing concrete access ramp and bottom of turn-around slab, including batten strips, gaskets, anchor bolts, sealant, and all 16 Construct pond access road and concrete V-ditch improvements, including decomposed granite fill, select fill, silt fencing, and all related work. UNIT OF MEASURE EST. QTY. UNIT PRICE COST In case of discrepancy between the unit price and the item cost set forth for a unit basis item, the unit price shall prevail and shall be utilized as the basis for determining the lowest responsive, responsible bidder. However, if the amount set forth as a unit price is ambiguous, unintelligible, or uncertain for any cause, or is omitted, or is the same amount as the entry in the Item Cost column, then the amount set forth in the Item Cost column for the item shall prevail and shall be divided by the estimated quantity for the item and the price thus obtained shall be the unit price. Final payment shall be determined by the Engineer from measured quantities of work performed based upon the unit price. P-4

6 The Contract duration shall commence on the date stated in the District s Notice to Proceed, and shall be completed by the Contractor in the time specified in the Contract Documents. In no case shall the Contractor commence construction prior to the date stated in the District s Notice to Proceed. Bidder certifies that it is licensed in accordance with the law providing for the registration of Contractors, License No. ; Expiration Date ; class of license. If the bidder is a joint venture, each member of the joint venture must include the above information.
