We design, engineer and fabricate systems for APC and individual process equipment as well as custom parts for various industrial applications. Our History Since 1996, our Malaysia FRP manufacturing factories located in Johor Bahru have been producing standard FRP components and fabrication of custom engineered FRP equipments and other related services for the various industry needs. Over the years, we continue striking through improvement to provide our customers with top quality, Just-In-Time (JIT) delivery and price competitiveness. In 2000, 5 highly trained and experienced members in the field of Plastic & FRP manufacturing join our family and formed the 2 nd FRP manufacturing factory located in Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), thus extending our manufacturing capacities and specialties in filament winding, FRP lining & coating, FRP panel water tanks and one-piece construction FRP tank design. Our extensive track records in Plastic / FRP products and fabrication have earned us the market recognition, which include the prominent sectors of the Environmental, Municipals, Wafer / Semi-Conductor, Solar and Chemical industries. For the last 10 years, our fabricated products were delivered to Asia and Middle East and have grown to an international presence. 5 Products Our Products and Services We specialize in all kinds of fibre glass works for extensive use in various markets and applications including chemical, oil and gas, pharmaceutical, pulp and paper, water and wastewater, metals and mining, transportation, telecommunications, architectural and recreation. From FRP/GRP, plastic equipments, parts to lining, we provide our customers a one-stop-station for all their needs in FRP products. Whether standard or custom engineer design parts, equipments or systems, our highly trained and experienced engineers / technicians are ready to meet your requirements and specifications. Air Pollution Control (APC) - We offer APC solutions and systems for the various industries which are required by their processes, by laws or by company policies to offer protection for the environment. As an APC specialist, we offer the best possible economic solutions and viable options for all your APC needs such as fume, acidic & alkaline gas and particulate controls. We are also an OEM manufacturer for scrubber vessels, chemical tanks and carbon filter vessels which are commonly used in APC applications for both local and overseas APC suppliers. Water & Chemical Storage Process Tank We design and fabricate all sizes of standard or customised water tank as well as chemical tank for all applications. Our modular FRP panel design water tank is conformed to Singapore Standard SS245:1995 and is certified by The Standard Industrial Research Institute of Malaysia (SIRIM). It offers greater flexibility for installation, light weight, rust free (improves sanitation) and longer service life as compared to the conventional stainless steel tank construction. We have obtained the Malaysia SPAN product registration approval for panel and one-piece construction (G-CISTERN) FRP tanks up to 500,000 litres and 100,000 litres respectively. We have years of experience in process tank manufacturing, especially for tanks containing highly corrosive chemical that requires careful design, material selection and construction. We also provide OEM manufacture for many process equipments, such as FRP clarifier, underground tank for sewerage treatment plant, FRP diesel tank, sludge tank, FRP silo and FRP roofing sheet. In year 2010, we manufactured 4 units of FRP (FeCl3) tank with capacity of 140m 3 each. These are the biggest tanks manufactured in the history of our company so far. FRP Ducting, Damper, Pipes & Fittings We design and fabricate all sizes of standard or customised Plastic / FRP ductings, volume / check dampers, pipings and fittings that meet your requirements. Construction choices for hand lay or filament winding are all available. Other corrosion resistant materials of construction are also available upon request. FRP Grating & Profiles We supply various FRP gratings and profiles, moulded or protruded.
